Amara was shocked more than anything else and couldn't find her words, to Lilac Amara looked close to pale st that moment "Amara are you OK" she said with concern clear in her eyes, "uhm ah" stammered "did you just say Aik Mickelson asked you out?" "Yes" Lilac replied

"I don't believe this" Amara said looking surprised

"Why is that....why don't you believe this" Lilac asked in a questioning tone

Amara laughed and said "don't get me wrong Lilac am not jealous or anything like that, its just that I've been around him for 5 years and I've never seen him with a girl or heard that he asked one out"

"Wait how have you known Aik for 5 years" she asked with confusion on her face

Amara sighed "well" she started "after I lost my Nana a rich family took me in and I leaved down the street from the Mickelson's mansion and we went to the same high school"

"Wow! I was not expecting that history lesson" Lilac said with wide eyes clearly shocked.

"Aik is a huge loner, I may act like I hate him but I don't, actually I just hate his rich introvert persona" Amara said with a sheepish smile "so if you want my advice, I say go for it because the courage he summed up to step to you might not be there next week if you think he'll keep coming back to ask"

Lilac didn't need an approval from Amara to do this, she only wanted Amara to tell her if it made her look slutty or not as she had never been in such a situation before.

Lilac woke up feeling good that at least she has found a way in to the Mickelson's lives, the next mission was to build the relationship and gain the princes trust so she can keep the relationship going long enough.

After an hour of doing the morning routine Lilac and Amara were ready to go, they locked the dorm and both left for class.

Lilac had to hurry to the ladies room and Amara headed straight to class.

On her way back to class Lilac wrote on a piece of paper to Aik.

Meet me at the car park
for lunch, I think
am up for pizza today... ;-)

Lilac walked in class quietly and looked at Aik she put the paper in front of the bodyguard sitting on the edge and walked pass quickly.
Aik grabbed the paper from his guards hand before he can open it, he read it immediately then shaved it in his pocket.
Amara winked at Lilac with a smirk and whispered "smooth".

Before she knew it, it was Lunch time, she left her friends and headed for that car park they all looked at her and I'm unison asked "where you going" Amara smirked and answered "she has a date" Lexy huffed and crossed her arms on her chest "am so jealous" she blurted "I've been here for months and not even one date and she's been here for less than a week and she already has a date" they all laughed and walked to the cafeteria, "Who is she going out with anyway" Lexy asked, Amara looked at her and said "I think you'll actually cry if I tell you, you should look at your self right now"

"No I won't, come on spill"
"OK" Amara said raising her hands in surrender "its Aik" Lexy just started fake crying and everyone giggled.

Lilac found Aik waiting for her looking nervous and pacing, Lilac tapped his shoulder and waited, as he turned she smiled "hey" he said with a nervous smile, Aik has never take a girl out nor has he ever asked so he was happy when Lilac agreed to go with him but he was so nervous, Aik was drawn to Lilac and the feeling was new to him but he didn't wanna question it, she was a mystery to him and he found it interesting.

"Hi, ready to go" she asked "yeah let's go" he said motioning to the car, she walked in front of him and the guard opened the back passenger door for her, she slid in and Aik followed sitting next to her.

She shifted making space for him , the set they in silence as the car drove away from the school, very awkward silence might I add, Lilac decided to break the silence "so you do this often?" She ask while facing him.

Aik looked at her confused "what?" He asked, "take girls you don't know out for lunch" she said

He chuckled and cleared his throat "no, actually you the first" he replied "and you? Do you go out with guys you don't know?"

"No I don't actually I thought long and hard about this and decided that if you turn out to be a serial killer I'll have to put an end to you with my magic hairbrush" she said with raised eyebrows

Aik started laughing so hard he could speak, he took a few deep breaths and found his words "you are hilarious Lilac and cute you should see yourself when u say these outlandish things" he said still trying to calm himself.

Lilac blushed and turned looking out the window trying to hide her red chicks and her big smile, she didn't know why but him saying she's cute made her feel giddy and warm inside.

Lilac and Aik got more and more closer and time seemed to fly for a while, Lilac seemed to put off her anger and her purpose to being with him, the main reason for being there and who she really is.

Aik made Lilac feel loved, appreciated and special, and Lilac made Aik feel happy and free she brought out a side of him that he didn't think existed she made him feel like he can do anything she made him happy.

Aik never understood why he couldn't read her mind or see her past with his supernatural power all he knew is that she has stolen his heart and all he wanted was to keep her for as long as he can.
