I'm sorry if my newly invented words are annoying. Just know you're not the only one. Unfortunately, I'm not exactly what you call creative, so these names are the best I've got. Please also note that the somewhat primitive and immature language, plus the rambling and discombobulated feeling is to emphasize her naïvenes. I apologize if it's irritating,

RiRi POV

I sigh and roll over on the floor where they're still stepping on top of me, watching them with what would be a bored expression to you humans, I suppose. If you're wondering why I'm being trampled on, and why I refer to you creatures humans, you've probably correctly guessed that I am not human. At least to you, I'm not.

My name is RiRi. I'm a human where I come from, the planet Pearlencse of the Andromeda Galaxy, but to you people I'm called a guardian angel, and you name a milky white circle that you love in the name of our planet.

I don't understand why we're given this name. We're considered humans in our galaxy too! We don't communicate with God or anything, we just live peacefully on our planet until we turn 10. Then we go to fulfill our assignments. There's not much of a difference between us and you people, only that we have certain powers that you do not, and that we have a different purpose in life than you do.

Your purpose in life is exactly that, to try and find that purpose in your terribly short life spans. I pity you mortals. Living for a mere 80 years, spending all that time trying to find different reasons to live. Most of the time, you try and find this purpose in your life through other people, I've noticed. You're all very affectionate, and dependent on other mortals. Most of you spend at least half of your measly lives living it with another person.

Is it worth it? I'd like to know. It seems like it would be boring to live with only one other person for my whole life. Although sometimes it does seem fun. The scenes you people create on these flat, smooth, black surfaces are entertaining to watch when I get bored, and they're all about that, I think.

Anyways, I've found out a couple of new words, I hear it quite often from the people that watch the scenes from the rectangular surfaces. We speak the same language, in case you were wondering, but you people like to add new words to your vocabulary.

Here's the first word I've learned: Drama. It's the moving images on the black rectangles. Apparently, you created them to entertain people. It is fun to watch, I won't deny.

It was very confusing when I first came down to Earth. I thought it was more humans, so I ran to help one of the mortals that had been hurt by another with a small black device. The black thing made a loud noise that hurt my hearing, and left the human in blood. The bright red, sticky fluid that all mortals have. If it shows, you'll die very soon, or that's what I've learned from these dramas. But when I ran to help the human, I ended up running into the black square.

That's when I realized there was more black squares with the same pictures moving throughout the building(I know that word too) that I had visited while the mortals I watched over did something called eating.

It's when you take something and put it in your mouth, and your body does something to make you keep living. That's how humans survive, by eating. And something else, but I forgot what that was called. I'll find out later.

The second word that I learned: Love. They say this a lot in the dramas, right before the man and the woman make their faces touch each others'. I think it's one of the emotions that you have created, or it's just something you people have had from the beginning, like we do. Either way, it seems to make people very happy and very sad at the same time. It seems like a very powerful word. I want to see what it's like, receiving those words. Would I cry and smile too? I don't know.
