Maya
The sun rolled over me making my back heat up. I curl further into my blanket not wanting to leave my warm bed. But the sun went away as fast as it came. My bed became cold again waking me up. I rub the sleep out of my eyes and slide of the side of my bed. Grabbing blankey in my hand I trudge into the kitchen were Alex and Kara are sitting watching tv.
"Hey munchkin how did you sleep?" Alex asks noticing me.
I run over to her and and jump into her lap. I bury my head in her chest snuggling up to her. Kara brushes the hair out of my eyes and smiles down at me. I give her a toothless smile back.
"Let's get some breakfast yeah?" Alex asks looking at me and Kara.
Kara and I look at each other and scream on top of our lungs "PANCAKES". Alex glares at Kara but she just laughs. Kara picks me up from Alex's lap and places me on her hip. I'm four years old. Kara places me in the chair and hands me my sippy cup.

Kara
I love Maya so much. I love everyone so much. I look over to her to see her drinking her juice staring at the ceiling. I let out a small chuckle looking at her.
"She's one in a million," I hear Alex whisper.
I turn my head to see her smiling at me. I give her a big hug and rest my head on her shoulder. She kisses my forehead and puts the last of the pancakes on a plate and walks over to the table. Maya squeals with excitement causing a light bulb to crack.
"Sorry," Maya whispers cowering back in the chair.
Yeah her powers are not under control yet. I walk over to her and kiss her on the head.
"It's ok bunny. You didn't mean it," I crouch down next to her.
Her smile comes back and she's all happy again. I get up from my position and sit down grabbing some pancakes.

Alex
I sit on the other side of Maya and watch her eat. Her cheeks blow up like chipmunks went she puts more pancake in her mouth.
"Ah I got to go to work see you later," Kara sighs getting up from the table.
I get up and give her a hug.
"See you later and be careful," I whisper into her ear.
She gives me a extra squeeze before letting go. She goes over to Maya and kisses her head before walking out of the house. I look at the door for a few minutes before looking away. Maya is done with her food. Well half her foods on her face. I chuckle to myself and lift her off the chair and wipe her mouth. We get ready for school. Well Maya. I have to go into work today. I drop Maya off at school and drive to the DEO.

Maya
Alex drops me off at school before driving away to go to protect the world. I turn around and face my worst enemy. I put my backpack on the hook and go and sit down in my seat.
I can't believe she's still her. She's a mistake. I feel so bad for Kara and Alex. They have to deal with that mess up.
My super hearing picks up the voice. I close my eyes and grip the table. Piper. The most popular girl in kindergarten. Piper and her group sit down at my table putting their feet on the table.
"Good morning class happy Friday. Today we're going to talk about mistakes we see in signs and articles," Mrs. M says standing up from her desk.
"Can anyone name one?" She asks.
Pipers hand shoots right up. I'm taken back. Usually she doesn't participate in class.
"Ah piper I'm glad to see you so happy. What is one mistake you maybe saw or read?" Mrs. M asks.
Piper stares at me evilly.
"Maya Danvers," she coldly grits.
I knew there was a catch. Everyone stares at me. My cheeks become red and I can feel my anxiety raising. I slither down in my chair trying to become as small as possible.
"Piper! You say your sorry to Maya right now," Mrs. M raises her voice.
"Maya I'm sorry your a mistake. It's only a matter of time before Kara and Alex see it too. You can't hide it forever. So just face the truth. Your a mistake that's so dumb you bring shame to the family," Piper laughs playing with her hair.
The whole class starts laughing and pointing at me. I don't hear the rest of it because I'm running out the classroom and outside. I run over to the tree and climb up sitting at the very top branch were no one can find me. Tears stream down my face as I cry in silents.

Kara
"Kira I need you to make me a appointment ASAP," Mrs. Grant yells from her office.
I get on the phone getting her a appointment. Winn comes over to me placing a newspaper on my desk. I look down from my work to see the headlines. "Supergirl our guardian angel"
I smile at it and go back to working.
"There not wrong either," he smiles at me.
Heat raises up from my cheeks making me turn red. I look down holding in a smile.
"Brring," goes the phone.
I pick it up and place it to my ear.
"Hello is this Kara Danvers. This is Principle Dan at your sisters school. She kinda got in a fight and well I think you need to come," he says into the phone.
I don't even put the phone back. I race out of the office and straight to school. While running over there I phone Alex.
"Hey Kara is everything ok?" Alex as worried.
"Meet me at Maya's school NOW!" I yell into the phone.
I turn left to see a crowd of people surrounding two kids.
I use my x ray vision to see a girl holding Maya up beating up her face. I run over to the crowd pushing past everyone.
"What are you doing with my sister?!" I scream.
Everyone grows silent watching the girl. The girl stops punching Maya and drops her to the floor.
"I'm making your life easier. You should me thanking me. I'm getting rid of this thing you call my sister. I can't believe you haven't left her yet," she snickers.
Blood boils in my body. My hands become fist in seconds. I burst at her but someone grips me.
"That thing your talking about is my sister and is part of my our family. Don't you dare talk to her like that again," a cold voice slices through the air.
Alex. Oh sit this is going to get real. I turn around to see Alex deeply breathing. Everyone runs away. Accept the girl. She rolls her eyes and saunters away. I turn my attention to Maya who's on the floor.
