Alex
I quietly walk into Kara's apartment to see her sleeping on the couch. More like sleeping in a very weird way on the couch. I walk over to her placing her the right way and throwing a blanket over her. I kiss her on the head and head down the hall. I peek into Maya's room to see her sound asleep. Getting ready myself I hop into bed and drift into sleep. I have a dream of finding dad.

~morning~

The sun creeps into my room blinding me with light. I turn the other way trying to go back to sleep.
"Alex wake up I want to show you something," someone whisper yells at me.
I peek my eyes open to see Kara in her suit. Oh gosh now what kind of monster is attacking the city now. I get up from my bed still in my pjs.
"Don't worry about Maya Winn's watching. Now hurry up and take my hand," Kara says excitedly.
Still half asleep I take Kara's hand.

Kara
Alex takes my hand and I hold it tight. I run with her toward the window till we're running out of the window. At first Alex doesn't do anything but than she starts to freak out.
"Omg Kara don't drop me!" Alex squeals.
I wrap my arms around her waist and hold her tightly. We soar through the sky letting the wind take us away. I look down at Alex to see her have her eyes close and smiling. Since it's been a big week I decided to just hang loose. Plus Alex definitely needed some air time. I fly a little more before dropping down at our favorite donut place.
"Omg Kara lets go before there all gone," Alex squeals like a little kid.
She grabs my hand and we rush into the store. Five minutes later we come out with two boxes of donuts. Her eyes are brighter and she seems more relaxed.
"We should do this more often," I say stuffing my face with a powered jelly donut.
"Totally agree with you," Alex muffles eating a donut.

Maya
Winn and I are at catco playing with his robot. We're in Kara's special office. I look over at Winn to see him typing really fast about something.
"Winn do you love my sister?" I ask very causally.
He chokes on his coffee spraying it everywhere. A small giggle escapes out of my mouth. He turns around looking at me. At first he looks mad but than he breaks out laughing.
"I sure do kiddo. Hey why don't you go upstairs and get James down here yeah," he says coming over and tickling under my chin.
I grab his finger before he can get to me. Running out of the room I jump into the elevator and ride it up to the main office. I walk out and turn to go into James office. Not thinking about knocking a walk into to him talking to a girl.
"Oh sorry. I should've knocked I'll wait outside," I retreat back.
A while later James comes out from the office. I point downstairs and he gets it right away. I go to walk down there too but someone stops me. I turn around to see Lucy lane holding my shoulder.
"Listen here you freak. You stay away from this place you hear. You caused enough trouble making Kara and Alex look after you. So why don't you just leave everyone alone.

Kara
Alex and I had such a wonderful girls day out. We went shopping and went to see a movie and everything else. But now we need to get back to work. My phone rings. I look down at it to see its Winn.
(W- Winn, K- Kara)

K- Hey Winn's what up. How's Maya?
W- hey Kara um well I don't know how to say this but-
K- Winn spill now
W- I think Maya has gone into some sort of trance. She hasn't move in the past ten minutes.
K- I'm coming

I put my phone away and look at Alex.
"It's Maya," all I have to say.
I pick Alex up and we fly to Catco. We rush into my special office ready for the worst. I open the door to see Winn and James waving their hands over Maya. But she doesn't move. I slowly walk over to her and kneel down so I'm at her level.
"Maya can you hear me. It's Kara your sister," I calmly say taking her hand into mine.
Her tiny fingers twitch and than grab on to my like I'm going to leave. I rub my thumb up and down her hand trying to get to her.
"Maya are you ok," Alex asks cautiously.
Nothing. Than she blinks her eyes and looks at all us. Relived I stand up. What was that all about.
"I think we're going to take her home. Thanks for watching her guys," Alex says picking up Maya.
Everyone nods and says good bye.
I pick Alex and Maya up and fly to my apartment. Landing in the living room I gently place Alex and Maya down.

Alex
I put Maya down and watch what's she does. She walks over to the couch and falls face first into it. She doesn't move or anything. Kara and I walk over to here and put her one the couch the right way. She slumps forward going head first into the table if I hadn't caught her.
"Maya what's wrong. What's going on?" I ask putting her on my lap.
Kara walks away towards the room. Maya doesn't say anything. Just leans her head into my chest. I wrap my arms around her hugging her tightly. Kara comes back with her blanket. Maya takes it into her hands looking at the s in the diamond.
"Maya?" I ask.
She looks up at Kara than me.
"I- I di-dnt me-ean to ma-ake your, your li-ife ho-oribble," Maya stuttered out.
She ran out of  my lap and into her room slamming the door behind her. Why is she always getting hurt. I walk down the hall towards her room. I can hear her softly crying to herself.

Kara
Whoever messed with my baby sister is going to get it. I walk down the hall and see Alex talking to Maya on the other side of the door.
"Maya can you please come out. We're not going to hurt you," I softly say putting my head to the door.
The door handle opens and Maya stands in the doorway looking so tired and broken. I wrap her in my arms holding her tight not wanting to let her go. Alex and I walk back over to the couch with Maya in the middle of us.
"Now Maya what happen at catco that made you freeze up?" I ask playing with her hair.
She looks up at me and opens her mouth to say something. What she tells me next takes all my energy not to kill someone. Alex jumps on me trying to calm me down. I couldn't believe it.
