If I could, I would make this rule my religion. What makes an ordinary thing, completely extraordinary? It is all about perspective. Two people can be staring at the same plastic bottle of water, but that does not mean that they both have the same thoughts about it. While one person just sees a plastic bottle with liquid inside, the other one can see a source of life. The bottle has a lot of history as to how it was made, even invented. Not everyone can find that amusing and it doesn't really matter, you'll probably end up throwing the bottle away and eventually getting a new one. If you ever get curious, know that less than 10% of that bottle is recycled plastic. Where did that plastic came from? It could have been plastic from shoes, toys, perhaps another bottle. I like to think of the possibility of some of that plastic being old enough, to have been around the same time as some of the greatest minds that were in this world once. I'm not a scientist, but that possibility of 1 in a million makes a bottle of water extraordinary to me.
