Chapter 11

Marinette POV

"Adrien are you okay" I asked as the door of my room open and Adrien stepped inside. Since I was now at home Bridgette had insisted that I take my room as I was now back.

"I'm fine just wanted to know how you were doing." Adrien asked sitting next to me.

"Im fine just some of these dresses are annoying" I said flattering out the dress Bridgette had given me.

"You'll get use to it" Adrien said smiling at me taking my hand.

"Mari you've got to see this" Tikki said busting into the room scaring us.

"Tic toc, don't do that" Bridgette said coming in behind her. "Sorry about her"

"It okay. What did you want to show me Tikki" I said getting up and following her out the door.

Adrien POV

I watched as Tikki dragged Marinette away.

"Thank you" Bridgette said.

"Pardon" I asked looking at her.

"Thank you for bringing my sister back. Tikki always believe she would come back and she has." Bridgette said tears threatening to fall.

"It's okay. I was just doing what I thought was right" I said getting up and wiped a tear away that had called.

"Marinette was always the strong one out of us. Tikki always looked up to her. But when Marinette disappeared I had to be the strong one for her sakes, but I couldn't" Bridgette explained as we walked to the dining area.

"Bridgette it's okay now. Your sister is back" I said placing a comforting hand on her shoulder.

"We should get going. Mother is planning a party for the return of Marinette and she wants us to help set up as the guests are arriving tomorrow"  Bridgette said as Tikki and Marinette came up.

(Next night)

"Hi Adrien" Lila said making her way over to me.

"Lila your here?" I asked surprised.

"Of course I am, all the kingdoms are here. Including your father" Lila said as my face paled.

"My father is here" I gulped. How was he going to react when he finds out Marinette is a princess.

"Yes he is" Lila said smiling widely like something was up.

"Okay. If you don't mind I must find Bridgette" I said giving a short bow to her before disappearing out a door and headed to Marinette's room in a hurry, but was stopped by my father. "Hello father" I said.

"Adrien where is your maid" Gabriel asked.

"Out in the town I think. Why?" I lied slightly worried.

"Because she is to come back with me when I leave tomorrow" Gabriel said.

"I'm sorry father but that won't be happening she is staying here" I said straightening up.

"Adrien don't argue with me, she is coming back while you search for a wife" Gabriel said raising his voice.

"I have already found a wife father" I said shocking him.

"And for your information, you have been keeping a princess as a maid for the past few years if you didn't know" I added crossing my arms at him.

"Adrien don't be ridiculous." Gabriel yelled.

"I'm not father. Marinette is the lost princess of the Dupin-Cheng and I wish to marry her" I said glaring at him.

"No you will not marry a maid and that's final" Gabriel said sternly.

"She is a princess. And how would mum feel if she saw this" I asked.

"I would be very disappointed in you Gabriel" A voice said surprising us both.

Hey everyone. Cliffhanger. About two more chapters of this book till done. Also sorry for not updating. I didn't know what to write. Till then.
