Awakening

Hux's POV
"Hey ginger." Kylo Ren said smiling slightly. Hux stared at him. "Where am I?" He asked. "You're in the Imfirmiry." Kylo answered.

"Oh." Hux groaned trying to sit up. "Hey. Don't strain yourself." Ren said softly. Hux was startled. He had never heard Kylo Ren sound so... Nice.

"Do you remember who did this to you?" Kylo asked eagerly. "Um... Yeah. It was Snoke." Hux said remembering the pain he had felt. Kylo nodded. "Why did he hurt you?" He asked.

The General turned red. "I'd... Rather not say." "Come on. You can trust me Hux." Ren urged. "Ah... It was an act of... Affection." Hux said slowly. "To who?" Ren pressed even more.

"You!" Hux buried his face in his hands. Kylo had a look of surprise on his face. "What do you mean... Me?!" He said. "Fine. Remember when you had that dream about Snoke? When I drugged you back asleep... I-I kissed you?" Hux said as if it were a question.

Ren turned the color of the General's hair. "Excuse me?" He asked. But he had this little smirk on his handsome face. Wait, what?!

"I'm-I'm sorry. I wasn't thinking. Snoke felt he should punish me for that." Hux felt ashamed for the first time.

"No, no. I get it. We feel the same about each other. Nothing to be ashamed about." Kylo said reading Hux's mind. "Wait, really? You're not straight?" The General asked eagerly.

"I'm not. But that explains the way I've always felt about you, ginger." Ren said looking at Hux anxiously.

Before he knew it, Kylo's mouth was against his. Hux was shocked, but he kissed back. His hand traveled down Kylo's back. Hux smiled against Ren. He had never felt this way before about a man OR a woman. They made out for a while before Kylo stopped it.

"We'll continue this later General. I have to report back. See you tonight." And with that, he was gone. Hux sighed happily. He could still taste Ren on his lips.
