The Same Stuff

Kylo's POV

They had finally released him of the hospital. But not General Hux. He lay in the North wing. At least he wasn't in a coma or something worse. And order wasn't the same around the FO. With the best General on the base on break, no one could get anything worthwhile done.

Kylo wasn't as worried as he should've been. All he could think about was who would do such a thing to Hux. Snoke hadn't been present in his chambers where they found him. But he was still a suspect.

He sighed. Might as well get going to the General's room. People had taken night shifts staying with him in case he tried to... Leave. And he wasn't in any state to do that yet.

*** Time pass ***

Kylo sat in a chair by Hux's bed. He was sleeping, which was good because if he was awake, Kylo would start asking all sorts of questions about the person who did this to him.

Hux's POV

Hux's dreams were filled with torment and darkness. He couldn't remember where he was, if he was awake or asleep, and whether or not he was ALIVE. Then he heard a voice. He didn't recognize it at first, but then it turned out to be Kylo Ren.

"Come on General. Wake up. I need you to wake up so you can tell me what happened." The voice sounded far away yet so close.

Kylo's POV

Kylo had been sitting by Hux's bedside table for an hour already. It had gotten very boring, so he tried to force meditate. This was very hard to explain, but he did it whenever he needed a break from the FO or just to relax. It was a mental state that wasn't...physical. If that made sense.

He was floating. Then he felt something. A... Being. A person. Kylo could hear that person's thoughts. They were General Hux's.

Hux's POV

His eyes snapped open. Hux saw a white ceiling. That's it. His whole body aches as if he had died and come back to life. And there was someone else in the room.He turned his head.
