Kylie's POV
I sat on the couch looked down the hallway where I knew Rosie was sitting probably downing pain medicine. Rosie hasn't been doing well, her depression is really bad right now and she's not healthy. She hasn't eaten much, she only eats when I force her to eat, which for some reason she's not happy when I tell her to. Joe has tried tweeting her but she hasn't touched her phone in a week, she has been binge watching YouTube. Joe has DM me a lot asking me how Rosie is doing, Joe never likes the answer I give him. I usually say either worse, sicker, has thrown up. He always says he wants to come and visit but his schedule is always busy and he can't visit.

My phone buzzed and I looked down and I saw it was a message from Joe.

Joe: Hey, are you guys open this weekend?

Me: Um, yeah why?

Joe: I'm also free, I can book a flight and surprise Rosie!

Me: That's a great idea!!

Joe: Ok booking the flight rn

Me: Ok tell me when you book the flight

Joe: Wait I'm almost done booking the flight

Me: K I'll wait

Joe: K done I'll land tomorrow at 8 am

Me: Wonderful!!!

I put my phone down and walked down to Rosie's room. I stopped in front of the door knowing she's was going to look worse than she did this morning. I knocked softly. I heard a mumble which probably meant i could come in. I saw Rosie sitting on her bed, her eyes were blood shot red, her hair has been in the same braid for a week now, her bed was covered in tissues and pill bottles. The sight of her made me wanna cry.

"Hey, how are you doing?" I said in the most soft voice I could use.

She looked up at me with sadness in her eyes,"I can't do this anymore," she said with tears rolling down her face.

"Do what?" I asked as I patted her back.

"Grieve over someone I didn't break up, with I just went home. He probably moved on, so why I can't I." She said as she started to sob.

I knew all to well that Joe hadn't moved on. He loved Rosie too much to forget about her. "He loved you too much to move on," I said.

Rosie slammed her face into the pillow and started crying I knew this was my cue to leave. I stepped outside of her room and closed the door. I sighed and went back and on the couch. I turned on the tv and started flipping through the channels. Nothing was on so I went on to Netflix and started watching doctor who. I ended up watching doctor who till I fell asleep.

**Next Day**

I woke up and I looked at the clock. It read 7:45. I still enough time and get Rosie up. I did my morning routine normally until I got to my breakfast I was going to lure Rosie out with food. I walked down to Rosie room and knocked. No answer, I open the door little, just enough so i could that Rosie was passed on the bed. I noticed the beer cans throw around her room, well it seems like she had snuck out and bought some alcohol. I softly sat down on her bed and started playing with her hair. I kept whispering her name in the off chance that she would wake up. I heard a loud yawn escape her mouth signaling to me she was awake. She moved her head to look at me, her eyes where barely open.

"Good morning," I whispered.

She moaned and rolled on her back, "Why did you wake me up?" she said.

I couldn't tell her the real reason why I woke her up so I made up something "I ordered us breakfast and it's gonna be here in about fifteen minutes, also I invited Megan over," I said, hoping. she would believe it.

"Really?" She mumbled.

"Yeah," I said.

"Ok, I guess I'll get up and take a shower," she mumbled as she rolled out of her bed.

She walked over to the bathroom, I went back into the living room and looked at my phone to see if Joe had messaged me anything. I see a message from Joe it said: just landed can you text me your address. I quickly texted him back, the text was read, so I knew he would in another forty-five to fifty minutes. I went into the kitchen and started making tea for Rosie and I. About fifteen minutes later Rosie came walking into the living with a black shirt with the words major lazy written across it. Black sweatpants that had Aeropostale plaster on the thigh. And her favorite black beanie, which was covering her rat nest for hair. I sat her mug of tea on the counter, Rosie looked at then laid down on the couch and sighed.

"I made this tea for you," I said placing her mug on the coffee table in front of Rosie.

Rosie laid, staring at the mug saying nothing. "thanks," she mumbled as she grabbed the mug and took a little sip.

"Are you ok?" I asked.

"No." She said in the blank and sad sounding voice ever. Rosie picked up the remote and turn on the TV. she found the news and ignored my presence and watch TV. I knew her mood would be lifted in a few minutes.
