Bella The Bad Girl--Twilight

Chapter Eight

Bella's POV

It has been a week, since I was almost hit by Tyler's van. It's also a day after the incident occurred at the bank, it was just one strange day for me. I believe Charlie could see the future because he had phased out for a moment like my grandma use to do when she had visions, then he had ran upstairs to quickly put his bullet-proof vest on. I decided on confronting Charlie when he came home tonight, I was going to tell him I knew he could see the future and see how he would react.

Suddenly Edward asked, "What are you thinking about?" I looked up at him and said, "Well, I was thinking about how I was going to confront Charlie later tonight." He asked curious, "What are you going to confront him about?" I replied, "The fact that he can see the future and won't admit. I believe Clairvoyance runs in the family, my paternal grandma could also see the future." Then Edward questioned, "Do you want me to help you?" Within an instant I said, "No, I should do this on my own." He sighed and responded, "Okay, I guess you should be able to handle it."

After a few seconds of silence Alice said, "He's going to deny it." I told her with a smirk, "Well, I'll be able to make him confess." Then Emmett questioned, "How are you going to do that?" I replied with a sneer, "Wouldn't you like to know?" Emmett complain loudly, "Bella's using her bad girl act on me!" Everyone in the cafeteria turned to stare at me, then they all looked at Emmett as he screeched out, "Ouch!"; Rosalie had slapped him on the back of the head, we all started laughing at him. He turned to glare at me, but I just laughed even harder.

About a minute later the bell rang, which signaled we should head to class. I quickly gathered my stuff and followed Edward to Biology, but it wasn't in total silence. Edward asked, "Are you sure you want to confront Charlie alone? Alice might even be willing to help you out." I sighed before saying, "Did you know Charlie found out about Alice possessing clairvoyance? Do you want him to find out you have a gift too?" Edward replied, "It really wouldn't be the worse thing in the world." "Well, It would be worse if he found out you were a vampire through a vision, which might happen if you're in his presence during the confrontation. It could happen Edward, and I don't want it too," I retorted. Then I said, "As I said before, I need to do this alone."

There was a moment of silence, then Edward said, "I guess you're right." He looked towards the classroom and said, "Shall we head inside?" I said as I simpered, "That's such a vampire thing to say." He just shook his head at me and headed inside, I couldn't keep myself from checking him out as he did. Once he was inside the room he turned around and saw me staring at him in lust, he told me with a sneer, "There won't be a repeat of what happened last week, Bella." As he continued walking I whispered too low for human ears, "We'll see about that."

Before the bell rang I walked into the room and quickly took my seat next to Edward, he placed his hand of my leg and started rubbing it suggestively. I asked him, "What do you think you're doing?" He replied with a smirk, "I'm trying to get you hot and bothered." I growled at him, "Stop that Edward, you're going to get us into trouble." He sighed before saying, "Fine, I guess we'll just have to continue this later." Then he removed his hand from my leg, when I heard Jasper moan softly I looked over at him to see him staring at Edward with a disgust expression on his face; I guess Edward's had some dirty thoughts, I just hoped he would be able to control himself....

Edward asked as the bell rang, "Do you want me to walk you to your last class of the day?" I replied, "Only if you want to. I don't want you to be late to class." He replied, "It's History, I wouldn't be missing much." I just laughed and said, "Okay, I guess we should get going then." He pulled me closer to him and wrapped his arm around my waist, as we headed towards the locker rooms.

Once we were in front of the women's locker room, Edward removed his arm from my waist and said, "I'll see you after class; I'll be leaning against the lockers." Then he kissed me softly, before he walked away. I stared at him for a moment, before I headed inside the locker room and got ready for gym. His sister Rosalie was still in there, she turned around and smiled at me. She said as she stared at herself in the mirror, "How does it feel to get revenge, Bella?" I asked her, "What are you talking about?" She sighed and said, "I didn't get to ask you this until. I'm referring to what happened between you and you're ex boyfriend." "Oh," I said and then asked, "Are we completely alone?" She replied, "Yes, we are. Will you answer my question now?"
