The next morning, Amber got up, got ready and put on a blue dress that Nick told her to pack, because it would look great on her and on camera. She grabbed her purse and key to her room, left her room, went down the hallway to the elevators, and got on. Amber got downstairs and saw a limo was waiting for her outside.

"Ms. Scott?" the driver asked as he opened the door.

"Thank you," she smiled getting in.

The driver closed the door, and soon took her to Queen Latifah's studio.

Amber was taken to a dressing room, they put makeup on her, which she hated, but it was for the lighting. She then saw Queen Latifah walk into the room.

"Amber, hello," she said going over and they shook hands. "It's nice to finally meet you."

"It's great to meet you. I'm a big fan of yours too."

"So I've heard; thank you," she smiled. "So, I wanted to go over some questions with you to make sure it's okay to ask."

"Great."

They went over the basic. The American Idol, the faint on stage, when she got the job as Nick's Personal Assistant, to tour with him, Nick on How to Succeed, the accidents from Rose, and Queen Latifah studied her. "I would like to ask you a question that I heard is a rumor and wanted to check with you. I heard that you're adopted right?"

Amber nodded, "Yes."

"Okay. I would like to ask that if I could?"

"Sure, but I don't want to go into it."

"That's fine. I'll just ask simple questions."

Amber nods, "That's fine."

Queen smiled. "Now, if you don't like any other questions that I ask, just let me know okay, and I'll do a different one."

Amber smiled. "Thanks."

She looked at her watch. "Oops, I have to get ready myself, so I'll see you out there soon. I'll introduce you first."

"Great."

Queen left the room and went down the hallway to another room with a cameraman following her.

Amber was puzzled but just waited for when they were ready for her.

Queen Latifah was on stage, and Amber was in back waiting for her cue to go walk on stage.

"On our show today is a special treat. The runner-up for American Idol season 11, Amber Scott is here with us," she started which the audience cheered. "She is here to tell us her life story from being a small town nobody, to a Personal Assistant, to a runner-up on Idol, to recording artist now living in NYC and here in LA." Queen smiles at the camera, "So everyone, please welcome Amber Scott!"

Amber walked on stage and waved smiling at everyone who were standing up and cheering as the background one of her up beat songs was playing. She reached Queen, hugged her, looked out to wave at the audience, and they sat down in some big white chairs.

"Hello Amber, how are you?" she asked.

"Fine," Amber smiled and looked at some fans who were there holding a few signs up with her picture on it.
