Chapter 3: The fight

A/N: another update, I think this is gonna be a long one though.

Katsuhira's P.O.V

Class has ended, finally. Damn, it feels like I can talk to her for hours. I never really thought of it but have I asked her out yet? Oh no, I'm not taking it that way. Well, not yet anyway. "Hey, is anything wrong? You seem to be thinking of something." She asked in a slightly concerned tone. "Hm? Oh, I'm fine." We kept walking and talking until we got to the cafeteria. "Hey, since you're my first friend in this campus. How bout' I pay for lunch?" I gave a smile to her as I offered her lunch. I saw a sparkle in her eye. "REALLY?!..but..you're the new guy, and you're paying for me? I'll pay." She suddenly changed her mood from excited to relaxed. "Are you sure? You don't have to." She gave a smile and said; "No, I insist. I'll pay for lunch." I gave a nod and walked away to find us a table. I saw one and I rushed to it, but I bumped into a rather large boy with an odor, he's a jock. CONFIRMED. "Sorry, I saw it first." I said in a calm voice. He gave me a look that says 'just who do you think you are?!' "Fuck off, new kids like you don't deserve a table like this." He had his group of friends surrounding him. "Flash can kick your ass any day new kid." Says the guy with an Australian accent. Must be one of his friends. "I don't fuck off easily. After all, I thought apes can't talk shit." I gave a smirk to flash. Ohhhhhhhh he seems pissed. "Why so silent flash?" I asked with a mocking tone. He threw one of the chairs at me, I easily caught it. This got everyone's attention. "Alright new kid. You, Me, after school, rooftop, be there!, and you can take your damn chair with you." I sat down on the chair and watched as those delinquents left. Just in time for Artemis to show up with the food. "Are you ok?! Did he do anything to you?" She seems so concerned, wow! Wait, am I..blushing? "U-Uhm, no. Besides, he couldn't hurt me even if he wanted to." She gave a relieved sigh, and started to Chomp down her lunch. "Aren't you gonna eat?" She spoke with her mouth full, she had crumbs on her cheeks. "Hold still." I cupped her face gently and wiped the crumbs away with my thumb. Unaware, so many people were fangirling and looking at us, turns out Artemis is a popular girl. She turned red and continued eating but slowly this time. "Well? a-aren't you gonna eat lunch? C-Class is gonna start.." I was about to reply until suddenly there was an announcement; "Attention all students, there are no classes this afternoon. Please understand because there is going to be a renovation in the courtyard. Kindly practice or study for the upcoming events. Thank you."
I smirked at Artemis. "Classes huh?" Then I started eating. "Hey katsuhira, I need to practice for the cheerdance and volley ball. Just text me when you're going home alright? Let's walk home together." I gave a nod and waved as she grabbed her things and left.

Katsuhira's P.O.V

Hmph, where is that bastard? I walked around the rooftop to explore a little bit. When suddenly, a hear someone rushing towards me. I wasted no time being bewildered, I immediately grabbed my attacker's arm and used it to jab my knee to his chin. He took a step back in pain. Then, I saw his face. It was flash! I wasn't really surprised though. "You're slower than I thought, flash." He got pissed and some of his boys surrounded me. "Your move, new kid." He gave a smirk and he brought out his baseball bat and the other guys brought theirs too. I merely gave a smirk a taunted them. "Hmph, let's dance." Then one guy went rushing towards me, I predicted that his attack was going through my left shoulder. I used my hand to grab the bat and throw him to the other guy, knocking both of them out. Flash and his brother came at me at opposite directions. Flash was going to attack my left, his brother on my right. I jumped lightly and they swung their bats hitting eachother square in the jaw. I was pretending I didn't know that there was still one left standing. He rushes towards me and I just catch his fist. "Riddle me this, you answer me, but I didn't ask a question. What am I? Five seconds." He was fidgeting. "Door-...arghhhhh!!" I frowned as I twisted his fist. "Wrong answer." I grabbed my phone and texted Artemis.

Katsuhira: you free?

Artemis: sure, I just got done practicing.

Katsuhira: cool, I'll wait for you at the gate.
