( Dwalin's P.O.V. )
As I walk in the dining hall I see many people have come to the feast already. I walk to a nearby table and start to think. There is no way this many people could still be alive. I know it sounds harsh, and we had dwarves, men, elves, two wizards, Eagles, and a bear, but this battle should have lasted more than a couple of mere hours. It should have lasted at least a day or two. Something was off and I could feel it. Gandalf seemed in a hurry to get out of Erabor and Dale rather quickly. That old man wasn't tell'n us something.
I was suddenly pulled out of my thoughts by Balin.
" You seem heavy in thought brother." He told me.
" ay, something doesn't feel right." I told him
" why do you say that now? Everyone is to have a great time in a while. Try to have some time to enjoy yourself alright." With that he walked away into the ever growing crowd of people. More like strangers if you ask me. I turn my attention to the main entrance. That's when I see it. A cloaked figure walking in through the main entrance. As soon as the stranger turns towards me he's gone. I slowly stand up looking in all directions. Where did he go? Why is he here? Why didn't he show his face? I started moving around the great hall looking for this stranger. As I start looking around at first all I see are men, dwarves, and elves. To be honest the elves did help a little, but I don't like them in the original home of my kin. Balin of course persuaded the dwarves to let them come. As I walk around the now forever growing crowd I look for this cloaked man. Out of the corner of my eye I see a black figure moving quite fast to the back of the Great Hall. As fast as I can I turn in the direction of this man and follow him. There are only two reasons that I am following him : 1) he had a cloaks on so I couldn't see his face, and 2) As soon as I saw hime he was gone in the blink of an eye. I don't know if other person saw him, but I think something is going on with this person and I don't like it.
I AM SOOOOOO SORRY THAT I HAVN'T MADE THIS CHAPTER IN FOREVER BUT I DID AND I PROMISE THERE WILL BE A COUPLE OF NEW ONES VERRY VERRY SOON. LOVE YOU GUYS😍😍🤓🤓😜
