I'm Slipping

Lily's pov

I flew by the trees and circled a rock. I looked behind me for a quick second only to see dust and when I turned around we were running into trees. The morning sunlight shining through the tree's branches.

I did a ninety degree turn, and drove along side of the river.

I saw something out of the side of my eye. It was going really fast, keeping up with us.

And then the other jeep rammed the side of our jeep almost sending us into the river. We were driving on two wheels!

"Ah! " I heard Felix yell beside me as he held on for dear life. Rocks fell from the cliff's edge.

I steadied the jeep.

"Felix! Gun!" I yelled when I saw the passenger of the other jeep pull a gun.

"Fun! Where?!"

"No you, idiot!" I said turning his face to the gun well keeping one hand on the steering wheel."Gun!"

He pulled the trigger as the bullet pierced our rear view mirror, we ducked.

"Oh GUN!"

He pulled out his gun and returned fire.

I did a abrupt stop making us slide at a ninety degree angle! And watched as lose rocks fell down the cliff,that was close!

Tyler vehicle came into sight and they were headed straight for us! Tyler slid to a stop barely hitting us.
My heart had almost stopped!

Out of nowhere a jeep rammed into us!
Our jeep rolled over making it fall over the cliff.
I felt myself falling, but then a hand grabbed mine.
I looked up to see Tyler barely holding onto me.
Looking back down, I saw the jeep crash into the water.
I felt Tyler fingers slipping on my wrist!

"I'm not going to let you fall, Lily!" He closed his eyes and used all his might.

"Tyler, I'm slipping!"

"Hold on!"

Felix finally getting up from being thrown to the ground by the jeep grabbed my other arm. Together they pulled me up. I collapsed on the ground.

"Thanks guys"

"Open FIRE!!" We heard someone yell.

"DUCK!" Tyler tackled me and threw Felix down, well Kelly and Derek slid behind a jeep on the other side.

I blinked and looked at him. Well Felix brushed him off.

"Was that really necessary?" Felix said wiping dust off, then grabbing his gun.

"Well your not dead, so ya..." Tyler said well grabbing his gun.

I grabbed my gun and aimed, firing as fast as I could at as many as I could

They kept getting closer, surrounding us. I hit the bud of my gun into ones face then ducked kicking the other one in the back of the knee, then hit his head.

"Lily!"

I turned around to see a guy towering over me about to stab me with a knife when Tyler blocks it with a thick stick.

I spin around, Tyler whacking the guy, he was blocking in the face. He then hit him in the gut.

I turned to shoot a guy, but nothing happened I took my clip out.

"As man, that was my last mag," I said annoyed.

"I'm out too!"
Derek said throwing the gun on the ground.

"Guys were trapped..." Kelly said.

"Surrender now, or suffer the consequences!" A voice yelled.

I looked around the canyon. Great and there is no way out, just our luck.

But not before there was a big boom! That sounded throughout the canyon....
