Going to your bad/mad girl side

I went back in to check on Lily and make sure she didn't do anything stupid, like try to stand. I opened door and walked in.

"What the-?!" I looked around no was here, there were no traces of any kind. "Tell-tell me she didn't try and run off with him?! She insane!!" I put my hands through my hair as I tried to think of something. Derek and Kelly walked in.

"WHAT ON EARTH HAPPENED?!" She said as she started freaking out. Kelly looked at me." What did you do?!" She said obviously mad at me.

"Hey. Hey. Hey this time it wasn't me I swear! Left her with Tyler so she could have some privacy and I come back in here and their both gone." I said defending myself.

"And you didn't see anything?" Derek said his arms crossed over his chest.

"Does it look like I have?!" I said frustrated.

"Nope, but great job keeping an eye on her." he said sarcastically.

"Guys, Look!" Kelly said as she pointed at the window; it was open and the drafty night air blew in.

"Huh? That's strange..." Derek said.

"No duh, Sherlock."  I said looking at Derek with a dumbfounded face.He glared at me. "Flashlight?" I asked Kelly. She grabbed one from her UAO survival belt. "Thanks" I said as she handed it to me.

I searched the ground below, a few trees,and shrubs, and some very dead bushes. I caught something out of the corner of my eye. I grabbed a rope from Kelly's backpack and attached it to the window. I jumped down well Kelly held the flashlight so I could see. I made it to the bottom and Kelly threw me the flashlight. I started searching around, lifting up branches and stones. Nothing, but then I heard something, like the snap of a stick. I turned around immediately.

"Whose there?" I said cautiously walking that way.
Everything was still and quiet, like nothing ever happened. I heard it again! It was getting closer and closer.

"Felix, thank goodness! Come on, we need to go! Where are the others?" She demanded and walked right passed me. I didn't even get a chance to scream or say one word.
Where has she been? And why does she want to leave all of a sudden?

"Upstairs" I pointed up well answering her question. She followed my gaze and saw the two twins up above.

"Guys, get down here" she said with firmness. They nodded not wanting to make her mad cause she seemed like she was in a bad mood.

Lily's pov

After five minutes we were already at an intersection waiting to cross. The busy streets seem to take forever to get from one side to the other and the now misty and dewy air,crawled along the streets as the sunbeams broke through the clouds above. It was a bit chilly but not enough for winter coats. I counted the seconds it took before the next light turned green.

"Where'd we getting this car?" Derek said rather bluntly.

"Does it matter?" I said as just felt emotionally drained. I had cried the whole way back after they dumped me into some ally. But I stopped when I reached the hospital not wanting them to think me week. I couldn't believe I let him slip through my grasp again. For the first time I was starting to get use to being loved in this way, and I actually started loving back, but just as fast as it came he was taken away. I will hate myself everyday for it.

"Well, yea kinda, it's depends on if you stole it." Felix said in a smart-Alic way.

"Then yes, it's stolen" I said again with no expression.

"Oh dear", Kelly said.

"Uww, stolen! Finally going to your bad girl side. I like it!" Derek said right as he turned left. He was probably the next best driver in our group and I trusted him to get us there in one piece.

"Derek" Kelly said hitting his arm. I just smirked at the comment. Derek could be a jerk a lot of the time. But he some times managed to make me smile. Even though he was mean, he knew and knows how to get the job done, and we needed him.

"We're here"
