1. New start

As my mom was putting the last box in the trunk i glanced once again at the house i had spent my childhood in. I can't believe I am going to give up on everything i have here: my friends, my school, and the memories i have here..but i also think it's for the best. I will meet new people, new friends, and the best part is that it's in Asia, Korea-Seoul. I love asian culture but the bad part is that the boys look feminine and I.HATE.K.POP.but before you guys kill me I actually like k-drama's

Mom and I got in the car and i was looking through the window. My mom started the engine and we passed by many buildings, parks, my school, I even saw some kids i used to hang out with around the neighborhood. Geez I'm really going to miss this place.

''Honey, you know it's for the best'' said mom

''I know mom.. but I don't want a new start. I liked it here''

''I understand that you will miss your friends but you will meet new people. I really need this job...WE need it'' she replied with a warm smile

''I guess so...'' I took out my earbuds and plugged them in, Amnesia by 5sos was playing.

After 30 minutes we arrived at the airport, we got out and we were heading towards the check-in. After they took our luggage and verified our passport. Then we got on the plane and we were waiting for it to take off.

''Wake up sweetie,we're here! Come on hurry up or I'm going to leave you on the plane'' said mom

I yawned as I got off the seat and stretched,then i put on my backpack.We got off the plane, took our luggage and then we started searching for a cab.

When we finally found one, hallelujah, my mom told me to tell the driver the address to our so called 'home' because i knew korean since i was young. My mom sent me to this private korean school usually on saturday's and she didn't speak korean very well but, she started taking classes 2 weeks ago because of this offer she had here. I told the address to the driver.

During the ride I played Flappy Bird on my phone while mom was talking with someone on her blackberry. After some time we arrived in front of the 4 or 5 storey building.

The driver helped us with the luggage, which was very kind of him, I was waiting for mom to unlock the door to our new apartment and when we entered, we saw the living room and the kitchen, the apartment was mostly empty. The truck with our furniture will come tomorrow. And when we looked straight-forward towards the hall we saw that it had 3 rooms.

''So honey,on the left is your room and next to is my office'' my mom sang. She looked really excited and happy which made me smile too even though i think she will barely use her office since she usually comes home late and if she has to work she would work anywhere if there is a table.

''And on the right is my room and next to it is our bathroom!'' Mom went in her room to get changed and i went in mine so i can get ready to take a quick bath before i head to sleep. I went and took a medium trolley which was full of my stuff. I took a towel and my oversized t-shirt with a pair of shorts and i head towards our new bathroom.

I was currently in the bathtub playing with the bubbles, pretty childish i know, but it was fun. Mom knocked at my door scolding me that i've been in there for about 30-40 minutes and that she wanted to take a bath too. I quickly washed myself then i wrapped myself in the fluffy towel and took my clothes with me so i can get changed in my room since mom wanted me to get out.

I went inside my room and i was really happy about the room.It was pretty big and...empty but i loved it because it had a pretty big window with a great view of a lovely, big park. It was pretty late and I had to sleep since I had to wake up early tomorrow to help with the unpacking and the truck with our furniture will come so yep. It will be a pretty boring day.
