Prologue:
Each day, you will come across a stranger.
For mere seconds, this one person will fill your thoughts. You may wonder who they are; whether they're happy or sad, whether they have a family or live their life alone. This person stands before you, and yet you don't truly see them. It's just another face, another soul, that you will never connect with. And then, you think, are they wondering about me, too? You will never find out, though, because by the time you blink, they'll be gone. You'll forget everything that had flashed through your mind in those moments. You'll come back to reality. Yet there are always those who will continue to think and think until they can't anymore; until their head is pounding with thoughts and their eyes bright with dreams.
When you no longer have a future, why not live your life in someone else's?
