It's been 3 months since my mother died and I'm slowly moving on Kyro and I are really close now. Jessa says we make the perfect couple and in all honesty I love the thought of that.
My birthday is coming up in about 2 months. I've asked Kyro and Jessa to keep it small but knowing them they'll make it a big deal. Kyro is older than me by about 6 months so he is already 16.

I'm woken up by the sound of pans dropping on the floor.
"Raina! Wake up" Jessa yells from downstairs, "I'm making breakfast."
"~sigh~ I'm coming, I'm coming"
I dress myself in something a little better than PJs, I slip on my glasses and stumble down stairs. To my surprise breakfast is already made and the pans dropping was just to wake me up. Kyro and Jessa are sitting at the table. On the kitchen bench I see a poorly frosted cake but it's made with my favorite colors so it's obviously made with love.
"Thanks guys but you don't need to make my birthday so special... yay you're still alive, you haven't died yet."
"Jeez Raina you don't have to be so pessimistic about it..." Kyro says with a sarcastic tone "Yay, I'm ageing."
After a lovely breakfast with my 2 best friends we go and watch some TV. Jessa's parents are out of town for the weekend so we decided to have a sleep over for my birthday.
