Daniel POV
It is the day after I met Joey and it was also the day that we go on our "date" I put that in quotes because I'm not sure if it's an actual date. Well we shall see when we get there. I decided to wear shorts with a black and white polka dot button up shirt. I did my hair in my everyday quiff and I was out the door. When I arrived at Joey's house, I knocked on the door and the door immediately opened. There stood the most beautiful boy I have ever laid eyes on. I must've been staring because he said "Uh Daniel?" Oops. "Oh! Uh h-hi!" I said. "Hi! You ready to go?" He said smiling. "Yup! Let's go!" I said. We hopped in my car and went to dinner. We found this really cute restaurant downtown so we decided to go there. When we took our seats, I could tell he was nervous. He was shaking. So, I placed his hands in mine and I began to trace shapes on the back of this hand. I saw him blush and I giggled. "Why do you do that?" I asked. "Do what?" he said confused. "You blush whenever I'm around you. Why?" I said. "Well... Uh-um I don't know it's just that I think you're really cute." he said looking down blushing. I just smiled and said, "Well I think you're cute too. Don't be nervous." I said. Finally the waitress came with our food and we ate it all up. Then we headed to go see a movie. I decided to surprise him by going to see a scary movie. He told me during dinner that he hates scary movies, so I figured if we see one he would cuddle up next me. "So what are we gonna see?" he asked. "It's a surprise!" I said smiling at him. "Daniel I hate surprises!" he whined. "Ssh just wait haha." I laughed at his cuteness.
"Daniel you know I hate scary movies!!" he said. "It's okay I'll be with the whole time if you need to hold on to me." We weren't even 10 minutes into the movie and he is already scared. He was hanging on to my waist as I put my arm around him. He kept digging his face into my chest whenever a jump scare happened. He is so cute.
