Usually the first one is the best one. Press and hold the image lightly with your finger to save it, like this.

Press save image and you should end up with something like this,

Import your paper png and it should just open in the middle,

If you encounter problems (I.e it won't open as a png and still has a background.) go back to google of your search engine and save the image again.

using the corner arrows that are tilted, you can make the paper smaller or thinner to fit to the image. Put in whatever extra background images you want and some text. Here's my finished product,
