BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP! Ugh I really don't wanna go to practice! I forced myself out of bed after debating life a little. Why did figure skating practice have to be so early? Changing into tights,leggings,and my club jacket I wondered what I'd be working on with Mada this morning. Mada was my home coach. I also took lessons other places in my state sometimes too, since I only had a half year rink.
"Hey Hopelynn, how are ya?" I had just walked into the rink. "Good, tired. How about you Mada?" "I'm okay tired of course. College applications are boring!" Mada was 16 and going into college since she skipped a few grades. I got on the ice and had my lesson. It wasn't anything special though.
I unlaced my skates and put them in my bag. I walked home since my house was really close to the rink. Everyone else was awake now. "Hey mom" I said grabbing a yogurt. "What's this?" There was a weird piece of mail on the counter. I picked it up and noticed that it was addressed to me. I ripped it open and quickly read what it said:

I searched through the lists until I found one that read:
FIRST YEAR ATHLETIC MAJORS:
- 3 pairs volleyball shorts (black, navy, emerald)
-2 Pairs of kneepads
-1 Pair tennis shoes
-3 Pairs of basketball shorts (black, navy, emerald)
- Equipment for selected sport(s)
- Heating/cooling pads(optional)
- Sweat bands ( optional )
- Set of art supplies depending on style selected
-3 Spiral notebooks
