Ember woke up to the feeling of cold water dripping on her for head "AH" her head shot up from whatever she was lying on and crashed into someone else's head.
"Owowoowowoowowo" says a male voice
Ember had her eyes closed shut rubbing her head where she hit it....
"O-Oh my stars! A-are you ok?!" The voice spoke. She recognized the voice "...Scorch....?" She breathed out. She opened her eyes to meet the maroon eyes of Scorch's. "Ah so you remember me" he said relived "how could I forget?" Ember says playfully punching is shoulder. They chuckled a bit.

Ember then realized where they were " OH MY STARS" she exclaimed. "What?" Scorch asked.
But Ember didnt hear him she gazed out at the orange and red coloured desert. Dead blackened plants were everywhere and the sky wasn't its usual blue but a light pink and orange mix. She gazed around a bit mire and saw this large wooden shed there, almost like a barn.
"So, where is everyone else?" Ember asked. "Oh, there over at home base" he points to the wooden shed.
Ember nodded and slowly got up, pain screeching from her back as she got up. She looked behind her seeing that she had landed on a mattress which would explain why she didn't hurt herself too much from the fall.
Scorch got up to then started walking in the direction of the shed. Ember noticed that scorch had a black paint mark on his cheek. She wanted to ask about it but quickly stopped herself.

The walk was very long and mostly filled with silence. But when they finally got there and scorch opened the door....
Ember could not believe what she saw
