Well, I'm not to proud to say that every day since I had been taking walks on the beach at the same time, hoping to catch him again. A week flew by and just like my luck would have it, I didn't spot him one.

My life seemed boring, very boring actually. The truth was that all my life I've been searching for love, yet never actually receiving any. It bothered me that I didn't even know this strangers name, but he drew me to him. Then again, wasn't I just being superficial. I've only ever seen him that one time, he has looks, but does he have what I want or is he one of those players that sleeps around?

Needless to sat, as you might have figured out already, I'm someone who gets attached really quickly and if i feel any chemistry, I fall even quicker. Usually I'll shatter like a glass thrown from a 10 story building. That's what happens when you try those long distance shit. So I made to a decision, no more daydreaming or wandering about him. It's time I actually live my life and not let others rule it for me.

So I go with the flow as the days come rolling on, hell I even went to one of the parties Micheal was invited to. I quickly figured out that that wasn't really my seen at all. Being someone who read a lot, Mrs. Alverez gave me some money to go to buy some books I liked. Micheal decided to come with me to the book store since he had nothing to do that day. So I went into the store, BookAddictsLtd, now that is what you call a book store on steroids! I immediately fell in love and told Micheal that if he was just going to be following me around, he could just as well make himself usefull and carry some books for me while I looked.

About a hour later, 20 books selected, I couldn't see Micheal's face anymore. He wasn't very happy because the books were heavy, but I really just didn't care. Besides we carried half and half.

Later that day after having some fun at the mall with Micheal, he helped me put my books in the bookcase in my room.

"Micheal, Micheal, Micheal, Beautiful Darkness comes after Beautiful Creatures. The book numbers are usually one the spine, see.." I pointed it out for him.

"Okay, okay I got it you control freak! So tell me, how would you like to go to a bonfire on the beach tonight? It'll only be about20 or 25 people."

"I don't know, it's really not my scene. You know how I always stick out like a sore thumb with your friends," I knew I was weird to some people, but since it isn't school yet I haven't been able to make any friends of my own yet.

"Oh come on, who knows, maybe you'll meet someone there," he said giving me a suggestive wink.

"Will there even be any gay guys?"

"I guess that's for me to know and for you to find out."

"Ugh, fine you ass."

The day was rather boring, most of it had passed but still a lot of it was waying me down like an anchor, I wasn't actually in the mood to do anything except to sit around. In the end I was put to sleep by my boredom.

*******

"Nathan!"

"What is it," I asked sitting upright and rubbing my eyes.

"You have to get ready for the bonfire."

"Nah, I think I'm just going to stay in after all," I say as I put my head back down on my pillow.

A door opens and the sound of rushing water fills my room.

"Get your ass in there before I undress you and wash you myself," and just as the last word left his mouth I was up and almost in the shower.

It was quite the struggle, but finally I threw a few things together. A black skinny, brown boots, a black and white wife-beater with an open black cardigan. It was a bit chilly outside, nothing a bonfire couldn't fix, but I also made sure that I wasn't exactly dressed warm enough just encase a cuddle situation might come from it. Why do I even plan for shit like this?

We drove to the beach in silence, me not knowing what to expect wanted to ask questions, but Micheal kept on shooting every one down. Of course that was until we actually arrived at the beach.

"What the hell Micheal," I said while punching him in the arm, "are you dyslexic? Or just an ass? That is about 50 fucking people!"

"I had to get you here somehow," he simply said while getting out
