Chapter 10

"Y-you what? How?" Jake asked.

"You know how I told you about those guys..." I said.

"They did this to you?? I swear to god I will find them and-" jake said pacing around his room.

"Jake calm down. Please," I begged him.

He sat down on his bed and started taking deep breaths. "Do you know for sure?"

"Well I bought three pregnancy tests and I already took two. One came out negative and one came out positive," I said.

"Go take the other one! Maybe you aren't pregnant," jake said.

I walked into the bathroom and closed the door. I took the test and waited. It seemed to take even longer than last time.

The timer I set on my phone went off, showing the test should be done.

I picked it up and looked at the sign that would change my life forever.

Positive.

I put my hand over my mouth to keep from screaming. I could feel the tears streaming down my cheeks.

"Babe, are you okay?" Jake asked.

"Um how would you feel about having a baby?" I asked.

The door burst open and he grabbed the test from me. He grabbed me and held me tightly and for that moment I forgot about everything running through my head.

How was I going to do this? What was I going to tell my dad? Would I keep the baby?

"Shhh. It's okay Bella," jake said rubbing my head and bringing me into his bedroom.

"Listen jake. If you don't want to do this you don't have to. I can take care of this by myself," I said.

"I want to be with you no matter what happens. I will take care of this baby with you, or I will go with you to get an abortion. It's your decision and I want to be there for you." Jake said kissing my forehead.

"Thank you," I said kissing him.

"So what are you going to do?" He asked me.

"I don't know. Can we just lay down for a while?" I asked.

"Of course," he said laying down on the bed and pulling the covers over us.

He pulled me closer to him and I put my head in his neck. And in that moment life wasn't so bad.
