Twenty

This is the final chapter my readers.

I am downstairs with a very pale, very weak Bella. Jacob comes storming in.

"That's close enough, dog." Rosalie hisses.

"Rose. It's okay." Bella whispers. "Leanna, help me up."

I hesitate but I nod. I grab Bella's hand and I help her to her feet. Jacob he's Into Edwards ace and yells" You did this!"

I jump up and get in front of Edward. "Back up dog." I hiss.

He growls at me before turning to face Bella.

"Jacobs right." Edward says. "Jacob had an idea."

"It wasn't an idea, it was a snide remark." Jacob shrugs.

"What was it, Jacob?" Esme asks.

"Maybe it was looking for someone to sink its teeth into."

Carlisle thinks. "I have a blood bag." Then he walks near the closet. My eyes darken.

"Leanna. Come on." Jasper takes my hand. I see Rosalie and Emmett come out too.

I run into the woods for a hint.

I've been in the woods for a couple days because the dog has been in the house.

I walk in right as Bella's back breaks and she falls. I rush to catch her before the dog. Jacob glares at me. I pick her up and I rush her to the woods.

"Carlisle says then placenta but detach." Alice says.

"Carlisle says he will be here as fast as he can."

I use the operation knife and i look at Bella's skin.  I slice her so we can get the baby. I smell the blood. My eyes grown pitch black as I eye the bloody knife.

"Leanna!" Rosalie drags me or of the room and sits me in front of he fire on the first level.

Rosalie has returned to help deliver the baby. I am visibly shaking in fear. I almost attacked Bella. I put my face in my hands with I hear, "Jasper! Alice!"

Then I see a bloody Edward go outside. My husband and Alice following. Esme and Carlisle are out there.

I walk into where Bella is. "I'll take her. I promise, I'm okay." I tell Emmett.

He hands me Nessie and he goes to join his family. I sit in front of the fire with Nessie. I smile down at the lovely bundle of joy in my arms.

I hear someone fall to their knees behind me. I turn to look and see Jacob on his knees, looking confused. He runs out and phases in front of his pack. I remain at the fireplace with the baby.

--- 3 days later ----

I am sitting at the fireplace with Reneseme wearing some different.

I gently touch the babies head.

"She's waking up!" Alice tells from the den where Bella is.

I grab the baby and I carry her into the den. Bella's eyes pop open and they are blood red.

"Leanna. Take the baby out of the room. Give Bella time to wake up."

I go onto the porch wth her. Jacob sits beside me and he talks to Nessie while she is in my arms. Bella comes out and she finds out Jacob imprinted on Nessie.

She finally accepts it. She smiles at me holding her.

"I told Charlie my secret." Jacob says entering the house. I am still holding Nessie. 

"What?!" Bella yells.

"He don't know about vamps. Just shapeshifters. He wants to see Bella." Jacob says.

"She's ready." I say lightly. "I am better."

Jacob nods and he says, "good because he is coming up the driveway."

I hold my breath as Charlie enters the house. He sees Nessie. Bella told him Jasper and I adopted Nessie. Jasper actually allowed it to go on like that. As long as Charlie doesn't figure out the secret, he is fine with anything.

"I want to hold her." Jasper tells me.

"Are you sure you're okay?" I whisper.

"Yeah." Jasper replies.

I hand him Nessie. He looks down at her and he smiles widely. 

"Hi, Reneseme. I'm your uncle Jasper." He smiles down at the beautiful baby.

I take her back so Jasper can go hunt. I coo at the baby until Charlie leaves and Alice tells us about the house se and Waylon built for Bella and Edward and the baby.

Edward and Bella spend the first night in their cottage and I watch Nessie. Bella tells me I am the Godmother. I stare down at Nessie and I kiss her small baby nose.

The next day, Bella comes to receive her child. I kiss her head and give her to Bella. Bella thanks me before walking out. Jasper holds me from behind as we watch them leave.

---------------- 3 years later ---------

Jasper and I have been married for three years now. We now live in an old mansion in Alaska. We adopted ten children. I am not going to list all of these names. Jasper did it for me. Our diet is better now.

We still have to hunt often enough. We hunt enough to keep our blood lust down for a month at a time. Our children are all African, Jasper didn't want American children. I was fine with that.

We adopted all of these kids sometime last year. We moved up here hen Bella like up Nessie three years ago.

I have to say, life as a vampire has been wonderful. I get to spend my day with these vampire kids (yup, I said vampire) and my loving husband. Life is great.
