There was a knock at the door which caused mikan to jump slightly and look up from the book she was reading. She placed the book down on the table in front of her and went to open the door.
"Surprise!" As soon as she opened the door ibuki jumped out at her while holding a small box. "Happy birthday mikan, ibuki brought cake" she said cheerfully while holding out the box to mikan.
"T-thankyou ibuki" mikan stuttered as she took the box. She opened it to reveal a frosted cake with the words 'happy birthday mikan' iced on top.
She invited ibuki to sit in the living room while she went in the kitchen to cut two slices of cake. She then took them in the living room and handed a slice to ibuki before sitting down next to her. It didn't take long for ibuki to finish while mikan took her time eating.
Ibuki noticed mikan had gotten some frosting on her cheek. She giggled slightly causing mikan to look at her in confusion.
Ibuki took a tissue and wiped the icing off mikan face. Mikan blushed a slightly but giggled after.
"Ibuki loves you" ibuki said.
"I-i love you too ibuki" mikan replied.
Ibuki gives mikan a peck on the lips before they cuddle up on the sofa together and eventually fall asleep.
