💜Hanna's POV💜

I arrived at school a few day's later with Sean by my side. He had a hold of my left hand, my backpack slouching over my right arm. We walked into school and went to my locker. Sean followed beside me. People looked at us but never made a second glance. Sean said he had to go to his locker, which was on the other side of the school. I let go of his hand and went to my locker. I grabbed my books and closed my locker to see Jaycee, (Please don't be offended if your name is Jaycee!), my sister, standing beside me.

"Why are you dating such a... such a weirdo?"

"What?" I asked, surprised by her question.

"Why are you dating Sean? He's so weird and annoying."

"Have you even talked to Sean?" I asked.

"Well no. But my friends have and they say he's really weird."

"He may be weird, but who are you to tell me who I can and cannot date?"

"I'm your sister. I look out for the best of you."

"Do you? Or are you just trying to ruin my life?"

"Hanna! Why would you say that?"

"Your always trying to ruin everything! My life, my reputation! Everything! Just leave me alone to choose what I want to do and say!"

"Mom told me to look after you!" She yelled in my face.

"I don't care what mom said! She's gone and she's never coming back! So just leave me alone." I walked away from her thinking about my mother. My mother died a few years back. I saw Sean leaning against the door to Biology. "Hey!" I said in the happiest tone I could manage.

"Hey." He smiled, but it faded quickly. "What's wrong?"

"Nothings wrong." I said too quickly.

"Hanna, what's wrong?"

"My sister..."

"You have a sister?"

"Yeah, her name is Jaycee Chueks." He nodded for me to continue. "She said that your weird and that I shouldn't date you." The word date made my voice crack.

"What did you say?"

I smiled. "I told her to fuck off." He smiled. "She said my mum told her to look after me before she died, but I don't believe that."

"Your mother is dead?" He asked, sympathetically.

"Yeah, she died a few years ago of a heart attack." I lied.

"I'm sorry." I shook my head.

"No, don't be. I've moved on." I felt tears well up in my eyes, but didn't wipe them away.

"Have you?" He grabbed a tissue out of his pocket and gave it to me.

"Thanks, Sean. I've never had anybody be nice to me, besides my mother."

"Not even your sister?"

"No, when I was fourteen. She had her first boyfriend, but he liked me and we ended up dating. Ever since then, she's been trying to ruin my life." Tear's streamed down my face. I saw Jaycee walking down the hall toward me. I grabbed Sean's hand and put it in mine.

"Whatever." Jaycee said as she passed us in the hall.

"That's her!" He yelled.

"Yeah, that's Jaycee cheuks. I'm guessing you know her."

"Yeah. She tried to hit on me last year. I turned her down. Maybe that's why she doesn't want you to date me." I knew my sister wanted to date every guy. But why Sean? Why would he turn her down?
