They all went inside as my phone went off. It read
'5:00, park'
I texted slendy, saying I was going out. I flew up and headed towards the park. I landed were I last saw him, behind the bush and looked around for him

It was empt, so it was easy to find him. He was getting beat up behind the slide. I put on my sweter and ran up to him as they all looked at me.

"What the hell do you want?!"

"Leave him alone!"

I felt my eyes turn black. They all ran away, I helped the guy up and i put my hood up.

"Thanks for helping me man, I owe you one"

"It's alright..."

Blood was coming out of mouth.

"I didn't think you would come, less likely save me"

I giggled

"Just don't think I'm a bitch for not defending myself"

I laughed.

"Can I see you?"

"No... yes... I don't know"

"Why not?"

"You'll get scared"

He tried pulling the hood off me, but i backed off. I pulled it down myself, covering the end of my wings that poped out from the jacket.

"See it wasn't that hard..."

I smiled, and felt normal being around him.... hopefully it stayed like this......

This went on for weeks. I really had fun with him, he made me laugh each time I saw him. Eventually he gave me his number and we texted each day saying we were going to see each other at a special time.

But one day, everthing went south real quick.

I went over to the park, flying over it, then landing some were he couldn't see me. I put on my sweter and walked over to him, he was sitting on a tree root. I sat beside him

"What's up broski?"

He looked over at me with crooked eyes. I giggled and he went back to normal.

"Do you know something called creepypasta?"

My heart stopped once I heard that name

"N-no, why?"

"It seems fascinating to me"

"W-what is that about?"

"It's about these killer, they-"

I heard a bark behind me, I looked over my shoulder to see smiley. He ran to me as he licked me.

"What are you doing here boy?"

I started thinking how he got here. When I remembered he is never alone

I stood up pulling the boy with me

"You have to go, now!"

I pulled him as I heard foot steps getting closer. He was so stubborn, he didn't move, that's when toby came out of the woods and pinned him onto a tree

"Who are you and what are you doing here?"

"I'm Kennedy, but you can call me ken, and I'm hanging out with kate, can you chill out bro?"

He pulled out his axe

"Wohhh..... chill dude, that thing can kill"

"Yeah I know"

I pulled on his arm

"Stop toby, he's my friend!"

"Why should I, we don't communicate with humans!"

"But he's good, don't do anything to him"

He pressed his axe against his skin

"Toby!"

Blood started coming out

"Show him what you really are, see if he won't leave you leave you"

"Stop toby!"

"We care about you, you are one of us. These people are just going to throw you away once they know what you are. Open you eyes kate, he's now worth it"

I yelled at him, but he ignored me

"I said let him go"

I said in my demonic voice, making my wings come out and my eyes turn back.

He let him go as he fell rubbing his neck

I walked away as he followed

"Leave me alone"

"Your walking in the opposite direction"

"I know and I don't care"

"Look at me kate"

He stood in front of me, I stopped and looked away a tear rolling down my face. 

"They don't care about us, we do, are you really going to leave us"

He grabbed my chin making me look at him

"He made me feel normal for once...."

I whispered, but he didn't hear me

"What-?"

"HE MADE ME FEEL NORMAL FOR ONCE, and that's all I wanted"

I walked doff as he stayed in place. He then quickly followed me again. I ended up exiting the woods and walking on the side of the road.

The lights of the streets were on, and only a few cars passed by. I made sure my wings were in my jacket, I could still hear him behind me 

"Leave me alone"

He kept following me. I pulled out my phone texting slendy

I'm sorry, I have to, it was no one's fault, just know that I love you, and everone there>

<what are you talking about? Where are you?

I'll come back one day, till then, wait for me, please..... I love you>

I turned off my phone and took off my jacket wrapping it around my waist. I flew up as toby tried to grab onto me, but I was faster.

I don't know how long I flew for, but I could see the sun setting, then coming up. I wanted to continue, but my wings gave up and I fell strait down.

I was able to put on my jacket right when someone found me. They picked me up and took me who know where, I was half asleep. So I could see glimpses of what was going on.
