Chapter 22~ Birthday Surprise✨

I opened my eyes to the sound of my alarm. It was all a dream? Why does life have to hate me!!??
I looked at the clock and I had slept through me alarm. I was already late for work.

Y/N~ Oh well might as well just stay home and watch Netflix with Max.

I got to the living room with my tub of double fudge brownie ice cream F/N got for me and turned on Jane the Virgin. It always gets me rattled up and I get really into the show.

Y/N~ OMG ROSE GIVE HER BACK HER FUCKING BABY!

Like I said, I get into it. Max and I just sit on the couch catching up with all my shows when I heard a knock on my door.

Y/N~ (Mouth full of ice cream) Come in!

The door opened to reveal a F/N coming on to the scene.

F/N~ Hey why aren't you at work?
Y/N~ I overslept and I was already late so why bother.
F/N~ True so what have you been doing all day?
Y/N~ Catching up on my shows with Max and my ice cream.
F/N~ You wanna do something even more fun?
Y/N~ Like what?
F/N~ Like go to the park?

I remembered my dream from last night after she said that. I almost tear up but I hold back and take deep breaths.

F/N~ You okay?
Y/N~ Yea. Why do you wanna go to the park ?
F/N~ To get fresh air it looks like you need it.
Y/N~ What do you mean I'm perfectly fine.
F/N~ You pants are covered in ice cream stains and your hair is all nasty.
Y/N~ So I didn't do laundry or wash my hair last night , big woop.
F/N~ Come on . Get out with me please?

I thought about it and I did still feel a bit mucky . Also it didn't look like it was gonna rain . Why does she always do this to me?

Y/N~ Fine just give me a minute to get ready.
F/N~ Yes! Ok hurry up.

I go and take a shower . After I pick out an outfit .

It was just the park so I dressed comfy. We head out and walk around for a bit. We were on the path way and I saw a familiar ,but not pleasant, figure walk our way. It was my ex. I did not want to talk to him. I'm not in the mood. I hide my face to make sure he doesn't see me but it was no use . He started to walk up to me.

Ex~ Hey, Princess! Where's your knight in shining armor huh?

I ignored him.

Ex~ Ah come on where's pretty boy to protect you.

I kept walking.
