I opened the portal to hell and stepped through worried. Lucifer sat at his massive desk with his crooked smile.
"Raven my love" he got up from his desk pulling me into a hug. "Have you come for Karley!?"
I nodded as he let go smiling still.
"I will give her back but you must stay with me" his warm breath whispered in my ear.
"No" I backed up from him.
"Sweets I already promised Alex to Regina" with a swipe of his hand my horrors came true.
Alex was sitting where I left him, but he was kissing Regina. Other images came of him and her while I believed that he was mine.
"These cant be real" tear sprung into my eyes.
"I wouldn't lie to you"

7 months later

It had been true that Alex loved the serpent. I avoided him at school and stayed in the arms of Lucifer. Karley had forgotten everything she saw that day and was now top of her classes with unbelievable grades.
"Karley!" I draped my arms around her neck from behind,
"Raven" she laughed as I jumped onto her back
She walked a bit then set me down. Getting one of of my new jackets pins stuck in my hair I watched Karley get her things.
"Love your football jacket" I squealed as I was picket up by Lucifer.
"Thanks" I kissed his cheek. "My boyfriend gave it to me"
"You coming to my game?"
"Of course"
He set me down as Alex passed by with Regina clinging to his arm. Sure I missed him, some days it hurts, but I have to remember that he did this.
"Let's go get changed Rav" Karley walks with me to the car.
My eyes never leaving Alex's cold gaze.
