-----Mina's POV-----
I ran down the hall of the entertainment building, searching for places to hide in. Pushin and passing by multiple angered employees, shouting at me for causing such a cluster. "Well that totally doesn't give me anymore attention," I sarcastically thought.
"Mina eodiya?! (Where are you?!)"
I hear my supervisor screaming down the hall. Ahh I can't let him see me or I'll be fired from my job!! This is the 3rd time this month. Pushing through the crowd of fans, trying to see their favorite "Oppas" or "Unnies" each blasting words of affection in hopes of getting their idols' attentions. Don't these people have lives to get to?? Why waste your time fangirling over some idol who doesn't know you exist? (AN: Hopefully, I didn't hurt any of your feelings ^.^ Keep reading the story)
"Mina!!" My supervisor repeatedly shouts,
He must be really angry! I knew I shouldn't have put that cream in his coffee! Was that even cream to begin with? At the curb of the hall, I wiggled each door, in hopes of one opening. Ahh hurry up! Open! Why are all these doors locked?! Switching from each side of the hall, turning each door knob, banging against each grey door, finally one opens. Asa! I quickly entered the room and shut the door. I could hear the angered man passing down the hall, repetitively shouting my name, as if I was gonna answer back. Now before we get any further, let's give you a bit of context as to why I'm in this situation. A few moments earlier, a bunch of my co-workers and I planned to do a special April Fools' prank for our amazing, hot-tempered, elf-like supervisor. He totally loves us, not really but you have to make work fun somehow. So we planned to put this cream stuff -at least that's what they told me it was- in his coffee, it's supposed to make you hallucinate, I thought it was funny so I went along with it. Turns out, my co-workers all put the blame on me and now I've got a tiny angry man chasing my butt, wanting to fire me.
After calming my heart down, I took a few moments to examine the room. 4 white walls surrounding me, beside the door were 2 huge mirrors, ones that had those lightbulbs attached around the frame of the mirrors. I took a second to look at myself, my shoulder-cut curled brown hair made my brown eyes pop, however having to match these with this janitor outfit ruined the whole image. I took more time to scan my surroundings, guessing whoever owns this room must be pretty rich. Across from the mirrors were black leather couches that could sit at least 4 sumo wrestlers. Is this a groups' dressing room? How many members do they have for them to need this long of couches? Beside the long couches, and in the corner of the room were room dividers about 7ft tall, framed with dark brown cedar wood. Who's promoting at this time of year? In the midst of my thoughts, I unknowningly stubbed my toe, onto a clear glass, gold rimmed coffee table. Wth?! Is that real gold?! I should work for this person. After examining the high-class room, I decided to sit myself down onto the comfortable leather couches. "How long do we have to stay here?" I sighed. There's no windows to escape from, probably because these fangirls would always be creeping and taking pictures of their idols. I took off my black leather shoes, after a few moments, I began to play around with numerous objects in the room, and a few more hours led me to play hide and seek by myself. Wth am I doing? I got up, thinking that maybe the supervisor left already. Headed for the door, pulling out my hand to reach the door knob, suddenly the knob itself started to turn. Realizing that there was another person on the other side of the door-wanting to come into what they expected an empty room-I ran to the corner of the room and curled up in a ball, behind the white room dividers.
Click-clack, Click-clack, I hear the shoes walking into the room, accompanied by multiple sighs of disappointment. After a few moments, a female voice let out,
"Yah Jihyo!" A girl clearly shouting at her manager, "I told you to get me the last slot on the show today, everyone knows that the last performers are the most important ones (Reference to their Knowing Brothers' skit lol)" The female began to snicker and sighed annoyed, "Ah jinja! (Ah really!)".
"Unnie mianhae!" The manager mumbled, her voice breaking as if she was about to cry
"Are you gonna cry?" The female scolded,
"Aniyo (No)" The manager trembled,
"Then why are you tearing up?" The idol pointed out,
"I'm not" The cowering human mumbled,
"Speak louder, I can't hear you!"
"ANIYO!" The manager shouted
"Don't be a coward alright? I don't acquaint myself with weak people" She notified
"Ye!" The manager replied
The room was then filled with silence after the argument had ended.
