All Over Again

--Day Before Playlist--
Alyssa's POV
I woke up to my alarm clock and got up. I opened my closet doors and took out an outfit and put it on (pic in media). I looked at my phone... nothing.

I went downstairs and ate breakfast then went upstairs and checked social media. Then I saw something that caught my eye. It was Loren's post on Instagram of her and Geo in the car. It was captioned on my way to playlist D.C. with my baby.

I screamed in joy and a few seconds later Hunter came running into my room.

Hunter: you ok?!
Me: yeah I'm great!
Hunter: why are you in such a good mood?
Me: playlist D.C. is tomorrow!
Hunter: oh yeah better pack right now because we are leaving today.
Me: omg when?!
Hunter: about 2 hours.
Me: omg get out I need to get ready!
Hunter: wow someone's mood can change in the snap of a finger
Me: shut up... love ya!

He chuckled and walked out. I grabbed my phone and facetimed Nathan and when he answered his eyes seemed to dance with excitement. We both smiled.

Me: playlist tomorrow
Nathan: I know I'm excited! Are you all packed?
Me: nope doing it now.
Nathan: that's what you call procrastination.
Me: yeah and realizing that when you get to your destination you forgot to pack something
Nathan: yeah I'll see you soon babe
Me: yeah k bye

I hung up and then quickly went to the bathroom and did acne care because I want to take care of my face... but then that's when I noticed that my stomach came out a little bit more than usual.

I started panicking because I've been eating so much junk food because of the crash... I need to stop eating junk food. I went on the scale and it read 125 pounds. From now on eat less but when you eat, eat a salad or something healthy. Work out. Repeat. Sounds easy... I guess.

About two hours later I grabbed my bag and walked to the car where Hunter, Brandon, and Nathan were waiting for me. I put my bag in and then we were off to the airport.

When we boarded our plane I wasn't next to anyone I knew. I looked at the boy that was sitting next to me and he was actually kinda... cute? Wait no! I have a boyfriend! I guess he saw me looking because he smiled at me.

I quickly smiled then looked out the window. I eventually decided to try to sleep so I laid my head down against the window while the captain was announcing that the plane would be 4-5 hours long.

I looked over for one second and saw that kid staring at me. I looked at him dead in his beautiful... amazing..... perfect.... brown..... chocolatey...... eyes. Then I prepared myself to sound stern.... ish

Me: is there anything I can help you with?
Brent: oh um sorry... my name's Brent.... Brent Rivera?
Me: I'm Alyssa.... Alyssa Rowland
Brent: as in Hunter and Brandon Rowland's sister?
Me: um yeah... so why are you going to D.C.?
Brent: playlist
Me: really? Me too.
Brent: cool
Me: I'm, if you don't mind, gonna take a nap
Brent: um no it's cool... it's totally fine.
Me: good cause I don't need your approval.....

I laid my head on my pillow and fell asleep. When I woke up I felt the turbulence of the plane and looked at my phone. Still have 2 hours to go. Brent was sleeping like a rock so I had nothing else to do but sleep again.

I tried to go back to sleep but I couldn't. So I just played a few games on my phone while I waited for Brent to wake up.

Eventually he did and he asked if I wanted to play a game just as I was about to fall asleep again... he wouldn't leave me alone about it so I said sure.

Me: ok how does it work
Brent: ok so I ask you a question and if you get it wrong you pay me $5.00 vice versa
Me: eh I don't know
Brent: fine if I get it wrong I'll give you $100 dollars
Me: that's more like it.
Brent: cool I'll go first. What's the distance between mars and earth?

I pulled out a five dollar bill from my purse and handed it to him... then I had a genius plan.

Me: what's red and white and goes up a hill with three legs but comes down the hill with black and pink dots with four legs?
Brent: give me time
Me: ok I'm gonna sleep wake me when you find out

I eventually fell asleep waiting for my plan to work. After an hour he woke me up, because he searched everywhere and couldn't find the answer, and gave me $100 dollars.

Me: thanks for the money.... night again

I said and turned back over to sleep

Brent: wait.... what's the answer?

I turned to him and grabbed my bag took a 5 dollar bill and handed it to him then went to sleep with him laughing in the background while saying the same thing over and over again.

Brent: such a smart smart girl. Clever, cunning girl.
Me: yeah get over it

I fell asleep. When I woke up Brent was gone and Nathan was shaking me. I looked at him and he carried me out of the plane. I smiled and kissed his cheek as he did so.

When we got to the hotel I flopped on the bed and slept for a long time..... until morning. I got a text from an unknown number.

Brent: hey it's Brent
Me: how'd you get my number?

While I waited for a response I put his contact name as
Brent🙄😜

Brent🙄😜: when you were sleeping on a plane I put it in
Me: oh... great now I get to get texts from you
Brent🙄😜: consider yourself lucky
Me: more like unlucky
Brent🙄😜: pfft sure!
Me: got to go bye
Brent🙄😜: see ya later!

Nathan came and sat on my bed and kissed my forehead and got me breakfast.

Me: thanks babe.
Nathan: anything for you.
Me: your the best
Nathan: I know I am

I slapped his shoulder slightly but then smiled.

Words= 1,075 I'm so sorry guys school, projects, basketball, friends, drama... the usual everyday life has gotten in the way of me being able to write as much as I used to I try to update as much as possible😭😰 it's like 1:45 so Gn cupcakes ily!😘❤️
