The Unknown:Zombie Island

Part 5

.Now its back to me, Joseph Flacco, thank you. So where were we. Oh yes. We walked out into the unknown. As we did we found some metal bars in the grass and as we looked up we could see the city burning with small spontaneous fire with red and yellow flames. It was like the sun only it was a few a few miles away.

"Wow" Steven said.

"Its gone. All of the work and time on our projects. Gone." I said under my breath. Steven could still hear me though.

"I was working on an anti zombie bomb. How ironic." Steven chuckled out.

"Will it work?" I said. "If so we could use it on them at the source to wipe them out for good."

"I would have work on it I had almost finished it. But then the zombies came and I had to run out and as far into the desert as I could that's when you found me. Took those courses in the resistance and then became the Master with the paddle and sharp shooter." Steven said

"OK. Look there is the gas station! C'mon. Yes now we can stalk up on as much as we need!"

"Do we need a bag?"

"Yes." I told him. "Get all you can in your pockets full and get the cans they are the most for the room you get."

"Why can't we get a shopping cart for the stuff? That'll be the best thing to do." Steven told me

"OK" I answered. "That's smart. C'mon!"

After some time Steven and I got all that we needed. We started to go when, CLANK! A can hit the ground. "I hope nobody heard that." Then as we started to go we saw them zombies! and they were after some short dude. " they have come" i said.

"Hey, Help me!" the tiny intruder yelled at us 25 yards away, give or take.

"Who are you?" asked Steven.

I looked at him then said," did we know you when we met you?"

"Ok fine. C'mon we have paddles!"

"Got an extra" he said not 10 yards away.

"No sorry." I told him. "look scrap metal! grab it."

"Ok, by the way my name is Jenny." he said.

Steven started to chuckle. "you have a girl name! ha ha ha!!!"

"It's not funny! what's your name." Jenny said as the wave of zombies grew closer. with the melted faces and pale completion.

"I'm Joseph and this is Steven. do you know how to kill zombies? because there isn't any time to train you!" that's when they hit we started to hit zombie after zombie after zombie. Jenny was hitting the heads. Steven taking off their legs. Wight too red. dry land to blood creeks. the zombies didn't stop. then the biggest ugliest zombie of them all came out. and then he moved his mouth that had Been stitched into a smile at the ends.

"Prepare to die!" The leader yelled out.

"And for you" Steven yelled, "Prepare to burn" he took a jar of chilly sauce put a sparkler in it then threw it at him. it burst and went into his eyes.

"Ahhhhh!" He yelled as he fell backwards and fell on a propane tank that the sparkler that was still burning ignited it then a huge explosion killed and scared away all zombies. 

"how did you know that  would work?" Jenny asked in amazement. 

"I didn't. I Just did it!" Steven yelled bragging on himself

"RHAAAAAAAA!!!" Was all we head as zombies started to surround us. now on all sides we start to make a stand that we know that we cant win. Battling the zombies makes you feal alive but it has that mixed feal of being dead.

 “Hmm” a grumbly wondered “what have we here. 3 survivors  and they seam to be fighting the zombies well but it’s too much for them. They need help.” Then the ‘black angel’ as he was called in the resistance had started his way down to them. He jumped into his black truck and floored it.

Back to the Gas Station

It’s Jenny now. And no time for a big introduction so, “There closing in on us. We won’t last much longer.” 

“We are going to die!” Steven yelled.

And as soon as he did a black truck came over the hill. It ran over nearly all the zombies but about 10 then he jumped out and started to shoot all the zombies left. Walked in got an energy drink and a beef jerky stick. “Hey.” Hey told us from inside his car. “If you don’t mind fill her up. Then you can get in.”

“OK” Steven exclaimed jumping up. Going over to the run down gas pump he shoved it into the truck filled it layed the pump on the ground then ran into the truck. “Now what?” He asked.
