"Come on Spurs." I said to my blue roan Appaloosa gelding as we circled the last barrel and headed for 'home'. For a time of 15.3. New record at the Renville County Fair.

My name is Selena Styles. I have blonde hair with pink streaks. I also have dark brown eyes that sparkle when I'm excited. I am considered The Barrel Racing Queen.

My horse's name is 'Wicked With The Spurs' aka Spurs.
He's blue roan gelding. He's considered The Barrel Racing Queens Horse. That's what every one calls him.

"Way to go styles!" My best friend / partner in crime Cole.

"Yeah it was slow but what do you expect from a horse that's had the whole winter off and only did a little trails?" I say "plus there's 2 months till nationals"

This is how it goes you go to the county fair. Win that. Then go to State at the state fairgrounds. Win that. Then go to regionals at the Iowa State Fairgrounds. Win that. Then go to nationals at Kentucky Horse Park. Win that. And then the Olympic Team comes and picks the people to take their spots.

Last year I lost to a guy twice my age soo. It wasn't that bad, I guess.

"I'm hungry" Cole said. "Let's go eat"

Cole had black hair and dark brown eyes. Like I said he's my best friend.

"Your always hungry. Like Niall."

"Who's Niall?"

"A boy in my brothers band."

"Oooo what's the band called?"

"How bout we go eat now."

"Alright." He said "let's go."

We went and ate than raced each other back to the barn. And sat down and played cards and sang. JB songs in ridiculous voices. My turn.

When I was 13 I had my first love no body compared to my baby and nobody could come between us or could ever come above. She had me going crazy oh I was star struck she woke me up daily no need for Starbucks.......

"OMG YOU LOVE JB TOO! OMGOMGOMGOMG! Awwww man I'm hungry."

I looked up to see friccken Niall horan jump on me and tackle me to the ground.

"Get off me you sack of potatoes."

"Hey! Niall! Get off of my twin.."
