When you go shopping for clothes but all your pants are either too tight in your butt or hips so you get a bigger size but then your legs are baggy af and your pants sag if you don't wear a belt. And your size shirts making your chest obvious so you get bigger shirts. So in general your clothes just do not fit right for a guy unless you find that rare or occasional perfect fit....
