I'm Chloe, 11 years old, and I'm Zalfie's adopted secret child...
* flashback *
I was 8 years old when I was finally getting adopted.
My parents died in a car crash 2 years ago, I miss them but I'm ready to move on. I packed my bags and looked around the empty room. I hugged all my friends and waved goodbye, I was so excited to get out of this place!
There was a knock on the door and Zoe and Alfie stood, waiting with Nala!
" ready? " zoe and alfie said synchronized.
" yes! "
I said a final goodbye and walked to the car.
* end of flashback *
I wake up, the smell of pancakes linger in the air, I get up, put on my dressing gown and open the curtains, allowing all the sunlight in. I walk downstairs, Zoe and Alfie are in the kitchen, Alfie flipping the pancakes and one getting stuck to the ceiling, as always...
" Morning, sweetie! " Zoe says with the biggest smile on her face.
"Morning" I reply, I rub my eyes, it's only 8am, but Zoe likes to wake up early!
" Hey! Morning lovely. " Alfie pulls me in for a hug and kisses my forehead.
Nala runs up to me, snorting, I get her favourite giraffe toy and through it for her, multiple times.
" Chloe! Pancakes are ready! " Zoe shouts.
I run into the kitchen, Zoe has layed out fruits, toppings, lemons, you name it!
" Thanks Mum! " I sit down at the table and tuck in, Alfie edits his new vlog for 5pm, Zoe sits next to me and we chat. After I finish my pancakes, I run upstairs to get ready, I pull out my favourite collar dress and boots, tie my hair into a messy bun and walk back downstairs.
" ready? I love that dress on you, you look so beautiful " Zoe says with a sweet little smile.
" yep! ready! I love this dress too! "
Alfie already left, but Zoe and I decided to go shopping, we have to be careful though in case anyone recognizes Zoe.. Nobody knows about me yet, apart from family and friends.
They thought it would be better to keep me a secret until I'm ready, I think I am, but they think we should wait another year until announcing.
