I felt myself being lifted up and carried. I opened my eyes and saw that I was in Michael's arm.
"I can walk, you can put me down and go home"I said.
"Do you want me to?"he asked hurt in his voice. I looked up at him. Did I? Ariel hadn't come home yet, Jolin was still out, I slowly shook my head no.
We gave me a small smile that made my heart leap! I kept looking at him trying so hard not to bring his head down to kiss him. He walked into my room, and I knew he was going to leave. I kept my arms around his neck as he tried to put me down."Stay,"I whispered and looked into his eyes.
So much emotions, love, lust, longing, desire, but also saddness. Then Michael did something that broke my train of thought.
He kissed me.
It took a few seconds but soon I kissed him back, a mixture of emotions running through me, love, lust, desire, and pure bliss.
But underneath all of that was saddness, we could never be together, that's how it will always be. But that thought left my mind as Michael pulled me closer and licking my bottom lip. I opened my mouth and gave him enterence.
I moved my hands up into his beautiful blond hair, so soft between my fingers.
We pulled away our breathing short gasps.
We were leaning in again when his cell phone went off. The sound of The Office theme song made me laugh."Shut up,"he muttered, and answered.
"Hey dad,"he said,"W-what? Divorced?! We're still staying here right?"there was a pause, divorce? I heard Michael sigh with relife,"Alright, k bye."he ended the call and smiled widely at me."My dad and your aunt got a divorce! We can be together now,"he said caressing my cheek.
My face broke out into a smile and happiness overwelmed me. We kiss and the rest of the night was like that till we fell asleep.
Beep, Beep, Beep!
Went my alarm clock. I groaned, and so did someone next to me. My eyes flashed opened and I screamed, I fell off the bed and looked up into Michael's eyes."Oh,"I blushed,"Sorry, I'm slow in the morning,"I admitted and my face was deep scarlet.
He chuckled and picked me up holding me in his lap."Well, maybe we need to refresh your memory of last night."he leaned in and it was so tempting to lean closer but I backed away.
"Oh no! Not with my morning breath!"I said and walked into my bathroom, I brushed my teeth, and used my mouthwash.
When I turned around Michael was already in new clothes, and was leaning against the door."So, do I get my kiss now?"he smiled warmly at me.
"Nu huh,"I said shaking my head, he pouted looking so adorable!
"Why???" he batted his eyelashes,"Because YOU might have morning breath,"I said accusingly.
"Fine,"He walked over to me and got a new toothbrush from under the sink."How about now?"he asked, I leaned against him.
"Perfect,"I said and our lips met. My mind was still hazing from the kiss, but something got me out of that state.
Ariel hadn't come home.
"Where's Ariel?"

Anna and Michael had left and I was still working on somethings. Jolin and Nick had left a long time ago, probably on another date. Yes, I know all about their dinner dates. Jolin may not consider it as one but it still is.
"Hey Ariel, want to come over? Michael called and said he was at your house. Wanna go grab a
bite?"asked Darren leaning over my left should.
I looked over and gave him a small smile,"Sure, I'm pretty sure that they are going to hit it off tonight."we laughed and turned everything off.
I got in Darren's car with was a Honda Civic, silver, and we sped off.
"So where does your little tummy want to go eat?"he asked and I was nodding my head to the radio.
I shrugged, "Wherever is fine. Except-"
"Mexican, I know, I know."finished Darren for me, I rolled my eyes and watched the road.
"Lucky China?"I said as I got out.
"Yep, I know it's one of your favorite restaurants."he smiled at me, making my heart pound.
We walked in and the bell rang."Oh, Ariel and Darren. Nice to see you two again. What do you want
today?"asked Frank the manager and owner of Lucky China.
We ordered our usual and Michelle, Frank's wife, and waitress came out and gave us our food.
Darren whispered something in her ear and she nodded, smiling at me before disappearing in the kitchen."What was that about?"I asked him.
"You'll see soon enough."he said and started his fried rice. I rolled my eyes and begun drinking my egg drop soup.
During the middle of our meal Michelle came out and set a small plate of fortune cookies and smiled at us before leaving again. I took one was opened it."Your greatest adventure will soon come,"I said,"Lucky numbers 3, 8, 13, 48, 56. Hmm, not bad 2 out of 5 lucky numbers in there."I said.
He laughed, and opened one."Today will be your most favorite day. Hmm.. 5/5 maybe. But my days is practically over,"he shrugged. I opened another one.
"I ♥ you~Darren...."I whispered, I looked up at him.
"Darren, is there something you'd like to tell me."I asked him."Ariel, I really like you, more than a cousin.
Do you like me?"he asked."N-"I stopped myself from saying 'no', did I like him? Yes, more than a cousin? Maybe, sighs of love? I think.
"I'm willing to give this a try."I said,"I like you, but I'm not sure if it's friend, or more than a friend."I said.
"I understand and I-"he was cut short when his phone rang. A World Without Danger, aka Code Lyoko theme song played on his phone. I raised my eyebrow,"Ey, don' look at me like that. This is a good song,"he said before answering."Hey dad. Uhuh, DIVORCE?! We are staying here right? Uhuh, ok, sure. Bye." I looked at him questioning."We can actually be together, my dad and your aunt divorced! This is great! "
I smiled back, reluctantly,"Sure it is."
