It was in the middle of the day and the sun was highest in the sky, the dock was brimming with scurrying families all waiting to get on board the ship. People calling for luggage carriers and horses trotting through the crowds, people knocking into one another and racing to get last minute tickets. It was undoubtedly hectic. Cars were all lined up along the ship, some were being air lifted onto the ship by giant cranes while others remained parked on the dock where people would unload all of their luggage to bring on board the ship.

 Dean's POV

"GET OUT OF MY WAY! MOVE IT!" Dean shouted as he ran through the crowd bumping into nearly every person he passed, his friend trailing a great deal behind him, "COME ON BENNY! THE SHIP'S GONNA' LEAVE WITHOUT US!" he shouted running faster while adjusting the brown sack he had hung over his right shoulder. It contained everything he owned; a leather jacket, and extra pair of socks, two shirts, a few bucks and a bottle of whiskey. You can tell from his appearance that Dean Winchester wasn't the rich type of fella. He was a drifter, or homeless to be exact, having been born in America he did everything he could to win a ticket to get on that ship so he could go home. Dean is a tall, broad-shouldered man, with a cheeky grin. His complexion is clear with light freckles scattered across his narrow face and jaw. He's got captivating green eyes that stand out against his tanned coloured skin. He wore a light grey jacket over a darker blue one, with ripped blue jeans and a pair of run down boots.

The whistle blew as a warning that the bridge to get on has begun to pull away from the side of the ship, luckily Dean and Benny had just caught up and ran up it to the door before being stopped by a man. "Excuse me sir you can't come this way"

"Yes I damn well can, look we have tickets" Dean shouted over the roar of the ships engine.

"Have you gone through lice checks?"

"Have I-?" Dean sighed loudly, "yes, we both did, and besides I'm American" he said staring at the man who just started back unamused. Dean thought he wasn't going to get on the ship until the man reluctantly held out his hands for the tickets. They handed them to him and jumped from the bridge into the door.
