my first go is Red Velvet's Seulgi.
whilst getting praised for her strong vocals and dancing, Seulgi also gets praised for her sleek and stunning looks, which I presume is all natural.

as shown between the picture comparison, you can see that Seulgi has kept the same mono-lids and nose shape that she was born with. :)
