yup guys, pre-debut surgery is pretty common for big company groups because they don't have to worry about accusations after debut and hope to simply receive compliments on their 'natural' looks. YG isn't an exception to this obviously, even if his last girl group literally just debuted months ago.

you can obviously see that her nose was wider with bigger nostrils and a blunt tip.

as shown above, her nostrils haven't gone through any drastic changes but her nose tip is slightly smaller and turned upwards compared to before.
Lisa's a pretty lit rapper so far so don't hate appreciate lol. (P.S. her personality is super cute so please stan) :)
