Please Don't Leave Me

Prologue

Gem international school was known by everybody. It was by far the Best school in the country,a school associated with the rich. Well I never really saw it as a big deal since all my life I had lived a rich people's life.

My name is Tesa Finley Burks, the only daughter of a well known multi millionaire business man Raymond Burks. He It wasn't a big deal seeing  photos and articles about me  in the magazines since,well, of course I was famous. My mother died in a car accident when I was only six years old and of course being an only child and the only memory of my mother to my dad,I was given unconditional love and he spoilt me with everything i ever wanted to have.

So my nanny Bakhita has been taking care of me since I was a little girl. She was the mother I was given in replacement of my own.

"Tesa Burks,you're being summoned to the principal's office" the principal's secretary Betty interrupted the English lesson that was in session.

"Tesa,whats up?" Britanny and leila asked in whispers. I think i could call them my friends (but i saw them more as my minions than friends.)

"How would i know when we are all seated here?"i answered with  an annoying tone.
I was definitely sure I was in trouble, I mean, yesterday I slapped another girl for stepping on my shoes even though she said it was an accident, I knew the bitch did it intentionally. She had probably reported me to the principal.
So i dragged my seat got up and walked in calculated steps towards the door,chewing gum as always and left the classroom leaving the door open.
The principal's office was not far away from our classroom but I dragged my feet catwalking on the hallway since I had spotted my boyfriend  Stanley on his locker and I wanted him to notice me.

Well,he did.

"Hey babe,aren't you supposed to be in class?" He asked me giving me a kiss on the cheek

"Well I was,until the principal summoned me to her office. Lemme go and see what that old hag wants from me this time" i said kissing him on the lips and walked away.

Looking back I could see him smiling,touching his lips and winked at me  and I winked back.
I had finally reached my destination and I knocked  the door even though it was halway open I  heard that familiar voice saying "come in".

I entered and left the door behind me open.

" Tesa I need to talk to you, have a seat "the principal, Mrs Loraine Wood told me showing me where to seat with hand signals.

" I am comfortable while standing "I answered rather rudely rolling my eyes and chewing my gum as a cow chews cud.

" if you say so,Tesa for the past few weeks you've been getting in trouble,the students and teachers are complaining and I'm beginning to get worried"the principal said with a serious tone.

"Well,that bitch already snitched huh? She just got what she deserved you know" I answered feeling composed as if I was right when I slapped her.

" Mind your language young woman.So it's true you did beat up a fellow student,all i heard were only rumours and you've just confirmed them to me.No that is not the reason why I called you here today.I heard you were caught cheating in your mathematics test and even insulted the teacher when she called you out.

"Oh that!well I saw that was a petty issue

" No Tesa, not that only,last week during a chemistry practical you intentionally started a fire so as to end the class immediately. Well,it got out of hand and caused damage."Mrs Loraine told me.

"Loraine I..." She cut me short

"Madam Loraine," she corrected me

"Yes,madam,you all know my dad is rich,why act as if I can't pay for it.I can tell him to make arrangements for another lab to be built if that's what you want you know money ain't no problem" I answered with a wicked smile on my face.

At this point the principal was holding her head shaking it from side to side. Her eyes deeply fixed on me.

"Tesa that's your father's wealth, you need to focus on your studies and make your own. Are you happy with what you are doing? If only your mother was here do..." I interrupted her

"Excuse me?don't you dare drag my mother into this and you have no right whatsoever to lecture me ma'am" I snapped at her. I was mad,I never liked anyone playing with my mother's memory.

"That's it!I'm fed up Tesa! Here you go"the principal told me handing me  an envelope." I together with the board decided to expell you from Gem international, you are no longer welcomed here.

I wasn't surprised at all...I knew this day would come. I grabbed the envelope from her hands rolled my eyes,clicked and swayed my hips from side to side as I left the office and banged the door
