Return to Arkham

We pulled into the parking lot of Arkham. Joker was still unconscious. Batman and I both went in. "Oh my god Dr.Drachenberg are you ok. We heard you were kidnapped" asked Steve the night gaurd at the front. He saw all the hickeys on my neck and said "my Lord Dr what did he do to you"

"Nothing I couldn't handle. I need to drop this little gift off in his cell" I replied.

Steve looked at Batman and said "thanks for saving her. She's our best doctor. She even made a breakthrough with Quinn." He let us through and we headed to the intensive care unit where his cell was.

We passed by Nygmas cell and he said"well well look who's back. Nice to see you dr."

"You too Nygma. You complete those puzzles I gave you"

"Of course."

I smiled and said"I'll bring you more"

"Oh Dr you are to kind"

"Now go to bed and behave yourself"

We continued on along until we got to his cell. I unlocked it and Batman lay him on the bed. "Now I get to lock you in a room jackass" I said shutting the cell door and locking it. I looked back at Batman and said "I have to check on Harley" I walked up to her cell and saw she was awake. I walked in and said "hey Harley"

"Hey Dr heard mistah j kidnapped you." She said noticing the hickeys all over my neck. " Oh wow he sure did do a number on you. Tell me dr. Did ya like it. He's great in bed isn't he"

"Harley what he did to me is personal and I'm sure as hell not going to talk about it to you"

Harley sighed and "he's getting to you to"

I was so mad at that point that I walked out of her cell locking it behind me.

*time skip*

Bruce and I sat in the batcave. He was out of his suit and looked at me. "Are you stupid?" He asked me rather calmly.

"No" I replied.

"Well I think you are. Selena told me everything. You have seen his medical file you know what he's capable off and yet you still decided to play a game with him. One that got you kidnapped and God knows what else."

"Yes I know" he was right. I never should of played with fire.

He sat back in his chair and said "what am I going to do with you alli"

"Hes the one that blew up the bank"

"Yeah I had a feeling"

"I'm sorry bruce"

"What Harley said is it true"

"No" I couldn't believe I lied to him but I had no choice. I wasn't in the mood for anymore of his lecturing.

"When did he do it"

"this morning now please I don't want to talk about it"

"Fine we wont"

"Selena thinks you have feelings for me. More than a friend kind of feelings"

His eyes widden for a second but it was enough for me to realize that Selena was right. "Why does she think that"

"You spoil me"

Before I knew it Bruce had my face in his hands kissing me and I was kissing back. Our kissed became more heated. He picked me up throwing me over his shoulder. "The heck are you doing" I said laughing.

He laughed and said"I'm not going to let him claim you"

He carried me into his room and laid me down in the bed. I giggled and said "well I'm glad this time we're not wasted"

"Me too" he replied crawling on top of me.

*timeskip*

I lay in the enormous bathtub with Bruce behind me. "You know I always had a feeling we would turn out like this" I said.

"Like what" he asked.

"Together. If that's what we are"

"After what just happened I would say so"

I smiled and relaxed into him feeling completely at peace for the first time in over a week.

A/N Christian bale is going to be Bruce in this because to me Ben aflec isn't attractive enough but bale is. Song goes with the end of this chapter lol
