Hatred - Chapter 7

Esme POV

The next day Rydel invited both of us round and I spent most of my time with Rydel whilist Tiff spent it with her Rocky. Riker came in with her girlfriend (looking at her I know why Riker would want to go out with her). The hole atmostphere of her seemed so horrible, she even had a crooked smile to go with it.

Riker "Esme this is my girlfriend Missy, this is an old friend Esme."

"Nice to meet you." I tell you it's not.

Missy "Same here."

I knew that she's not the type of person that you would want to be alone with.

Riker "Miss I'll get you a drink I won't be a minute." She kisses Riker on the lips, urg I hate her so much. I watch Riker as he went out of the room.

"Don't even think about it!" She snaps at me.

"What?"

"Don't steal him away from me he's mine!" She snaps again at me.

"Riker doesn't belong to anyone!"

"You make a move and you won't be seen again." Missy threatends me.

Rydel looks at me with fear, I now know why Rydel dispises her so much.

When Riker comes back in the room she acts so sweet and innocent, but I still showed fear in my face and oviously Riker saw too.

"Esme are you ok?" Riker questions me.

Then Missy gives me a evil grin, reminding me of her threat.

"I'm fine Riker."

Riker loses concern then walks out with her. When their gone Rydel looks more relaxed.

Rydel "See what I mean horrible, dispiteful, selfish the list could go on forever."

"I can't believed Riker suddenly dropped the concern for me, he saw fear then forgot about it soon after."

Rydel "I know she must have some sort of powers; she needs to be stopped!"

I question what she last says.

"Dells but how?"

Rydel "You know in the movies when they have the secert wire thingy?"

I nod.

Rydel "Well we could do something like that but with a cell phone, maybe I could get you alone with her and say I have to go to the bathroom, and make it seem accidental like I called Riker."

"Isn't it mean though us breaking them up though?"

Dells "Well she is a horrible person and my brother is too nice to deserve her."

"True, ok I'm in."

Rydel POV

So we have our plan set up, but what I didn't tell Esme is something good I'm going to do for her and my brother.

Me and Esme we're in the living room, and Riker decided to dump her in here with us, and I gave Esme a nod to start the plan.

"I need to go to the bathroom for a minute."

Missy "Hurry back I don't want to be stuck with this loser."

I pretend to go out the room but really I hide behind the couch. Ring Rikers' number then the plan starts to commence.

"So Missy tell me about yourself." Esme asked trying to be polite.

Missy "Why would I tell someone who's a scarecrow?"

Esme stays quite as she's offended.

Missy "Listen Espay I don't like you or any or Riker's snotty brothers or even that ugly Rydel, the only reason I'm dating Riker is because he's on a tv show and has lot's of money, he's not even handsome!"

I can't believe what she said about my brothers! That golddgigger! I'm suprised Riker hasn't came in yet, so I decide to come back in and pretend like I've just been to the bathroom.

"C'mon Esme lets go to my room."

We go to my room, but I make sure Riker's still on the phone with me and start a conversation with Esme.

Esme "I really hate Missy, Delly I really do; I don't know how Riker could deserve her, he kind, cute, sweet and caring."

"Please don't cry, you still have a crush on Riker don't you?"

Esme "Yeah, but I don't think he'll ever know I like him, and plus he's two year older than me Riker, He could find tons of girls that are his age"

After she says that I sneekly end the call with Riker.

Riker POV

After hearing all of that out of the girls I-I can't believe it she's been horrible all this time, and I haven't noticed. Esme likes me back, I feel so stupid, I saw how beautiful Esme was days ago when we went round her house, but then I stupidly feel for Missy and asked her out. It's time to make things wright.

Esme POV

I cry a little bit but stop when I feel that my eyes are red, then Delly gets a call.

Rydel "Hello? Riker? Hello? Are you there?"

She puts her phone on speaker phone and puts her phone on her bed beside us, then we listen carefully.

"I can't believe you Missy, how horrible you've been to my sister and also Esme!" Riker shouts at her.

Missy "Well it's not my fault if their horrible and ugly."

"Missy we're over, and leave this house and never come back!" Riker shouts at her again.

Missy "Fine then!"

"I really think I should go now."

"Ok I'll see you soon." She hugs me then I leave her room.

Rydel POV

I put my phone to my ear.

"Riker I know you did this on purpose."

Riker "And I know you did that on purpose, and thank you."

"Now you know what she does behind your back, and by the way Esme is going"

Riker "Ok, bye."

"Bye"."

Esme POV

I decided I have had enough, so I want to go home; Tiff is on a date with Rocky. So it's just going to me at home.

As I go down stairs I find Riker.

Riker "Esme wait!"

When I try to leave to catches me.

"Riker I'm not in the mood."

I'm trying to leave again but he still is trying to stop me.

"Riker what is your problem and why can't I go home?"

Riker stares into my eyes then kisses me on the lips, I kiss him back and put my arms around his neck, and he puts his hands on my hips.

Riker "Esme."

"Yes Rik?"

Riker "Esme will you be my girlfriend?"

"Yes I will Rik." I kiss him on the lips again.

Riker "Why don't we keep it a secret for now, and when everyone's here we tell them?"

I nod.

I've only been with him for a few minutes, but it seems so right to be with him.
