Him - Chapter 8

Riker takes me in the living room and puts a film on and sits me on his lap.

Suddenly Rydel calls out.

Rydel "Riker are you there?"

Riker "Yep I'm down stairs in the livingroom."

We hear footsteps coming down the stairs, and I start to panic.

"Don't worry babe, she will find out sooner or later and why not let it be now." Riker whispers in my ear, to reply with that I kiss him on the cheek.

Rydel comes into the the room.

Rydel "So Riker I think-" then she notices us and does a fangirl scream.

Rydel "You-mybrother-how-when?"

Then she sits down in front of us.

Riker "Well I asked Esme to be my girfriend."

He smiles at me.

"I said yes."

I smile at him back.

Rydel starts fangirling again "OMG, WHEN ARE YOU GONNA TELL EVERYONE?"

Riker "We weren't planning on telling anoyone yet."

"Can you keep this a secret please Delly?"

Rydel "Fine, I promise."

"Yay, me and Riker are just gonna pretend like we're friends in the mean time."

Rydel "You still do realise Tiff and R- I mean know one"

Riker raises an ebrow.

"I know what you mean Dells, yeah I think their gonna announce it soon"

Riker "Do I want to know what this is?"

"You will at some point."

Riker "Oh that Rocky is going out with Tiffany."

Rydel "How do you know that?"

Riker "Boy stuff, lets just say that all us boys know and mom and dad don't."

"In this case only we know and anyone else won't know until the time comes."

Rydel "Mom, dad, Ryland & Ross are going to be home in about 5 minutes and Rocky isn't going to be home till later."

Riker "Cause he's on his date with Tiffany."

"So should I go home or should I stay?"

Rydel "Stay, Riker go somewhere cause then they won't suspect anything."

Riker "Ok on it, bye Esme." he kisses me on the cheek.

"Bye Rik."

Me and Delly go up to her bedroom and acted like nothings happened.
