I finally arrived to my destination Emory University.As I stepped out of my car I took a look at the place and seen it was huge.I made my way to the main building to get all of my information since I was living on campus.As I approached the desk I seen a pretty dark skinned woman.
"Hi how may I help you miss?"She asked in a very polite way.
"Hello I needed my key for my dorm please."I said
As I finished getting all of my things and my key for my dorm I went up in the elevator, my room number was 306.As I finally approached my dorm I put the key in I made my way into the dorm it looked pretty spacious it just needed alittle work done to it.
As i looked around some more I felt someone behind me when I slowly turned around I slightly jumped when I seen a girl with a nice smooth Carmel complexion she had a baby face and her hair was cut very short that complements her face very nicely, I also noticed that she had very nice curls in her hair.
"Hi you must be Jordan?"she said very nicely.
"Yes and you must be Lindsey?"I stated.
Lindsey and I both discussed our classes how old we were and I also found out that she is a freshman just like me.I could tell we were going to get along well.
Later that day I went to go visit the campus with Lindsey we weren't able to be successful since the place was so big.We did stumble into somethings that we were interested in and decided to sign up.Now we were headed for some Buffalo Wild Wings.
We finally made it back to the dorm and we were pretty worn out it was a good thing that we didn't start having classes till two weeks from now.
As u laid out on the bed my phone started ringing I looked at the caller I.D. and seen I was my mom.
"Hey mama!"I said all excited
"Hey baby how's it going up there."she said.
"Nothing much I just went to visit campus today and bonded with my roommate."I exclaimed
"That's great honey it seems like your already having fun up there!"she said
I laughed "I guess u can say that mama but I'm just trying to get used to the feeling being here."I said
We talked for a good 45 minutes after we were done I went to take a shower I put on my PINK leggings with a plain white shirt.As soon as I hit the sheets I was out like a light.
