Elena's POV
It's 4:20 a.m. I can't sleep i live by myself and no one likes me in school,because I've never had a boyfriend. There's that one boy that says hi to me but never actually talks to me. one day the girl where beating me up the usual but this time zayne is watching im on the ground getting kicked around by the girls. Zayne runs up to the girls and yells at them to move, they separate and leave i lay on the ground trying to get up. I stand up but collapse zayne catches me and i look up and we meet eyes and i blush blood is on my bottom lip zayne looks at it and i swear his eyes turned ruby red fir 2 second and he flinched dropping me on accident. Ow! I yelp he jumps up and picks me up. Sorry he says gently picking me up.
