"Sir" the tall orange haired tribe woman enters the Chief's tent. "Sir they have all be killed." She stands uncomfortably by the entrance way.

"None made it." He repeated sourly.

"No sir." She paused to look at his old face before exiting the tent. A smile creeps across the old man's face and he rises from his seat the fire catching his glass eye making the whole thing look red. He crossed to a small table that holds a large book that is open to its last page that has a map of the desert beyond the ruined city. On the page, there is nothing but one grey building. The Chief pulls out a quill and jar of blood red ink, after dunking the quill a few times he draws a skull over the building and smiles.

"Son." He calls as loudly as he could. The young man who had pushed Rupert over the cliff edge enters the tent quickly.

"Chief?" He rushed to the old man.

"I have completed my life's work." The old man flips to the beginning of the book and the first page is a different map. "Our land is pure again." His smile turns into a grimace. "There's no more filth that believes they can own human life." A cough racked his body and the chief stumbles backward dropping his cane. His son rushed to him.

"Chief." he helps the ancient man to his chair.

"You, my son must keep the world pure." The chief looks to the eyes of the young man before him. "Our tribe is the surviving tribe." He coughs again blood coming from his mouth. "Always remember." The old man's head lulls to one side and his one eye glazes over.

"Father." The young man takes the older one's hand and weeps for him in the same way that Ari had wept for her mother.
