Jack woke up to the sunlight beaming through the bedroom window. He slowly rises up from his bed and looked around his room to see he was sleeping on a pile of his clothes that still weren't put away, he also still had his clothes on from yesterday. But he didn't really care so he got up from his spot on the bed and had a good stretch.
It was then that he heard someone knock at the door. Jack stood up slowly from the bed and rushed to the door. Once at the door, Jack stood on his tippy toes to look through the peep whole, he could see and guy on the other side of the door. The dude didn't look crazy or creepy so Jack decided to open the door.
Jack unlock the door and open the door. "Good morning." Jack greeted to the man. The man looked to be about Jack's age, maybe younger. He had bushy, curly hair and brown eyes and he was also wearing a navy blue hoodie with ripped up jeans and black shoes. He was little taller than Jack, which he hated.
"Hello." Jack greeted.
"Good morning, My name is Will." Will held out his hand to Jack and Jack shakes his hand. "I'm your new neighbor." Will finished.
"Oh, OK. I'm Sean, but people call me Jack. How are you today?"
"Good, you?"
"Good."
Both men went silent.
"So Jack, since you were new I thought I would show you around L.A." Will said.
"Oh, you don't have to do that."
"No, I wouldn't mind. Have nothing else better to do."
Jack laughed. "Well give me a little time to change and I will be with you." Jack says.
"But you're already dressed?"
"Yeah, but I wore this yesterday." Will had a confused look on his face, Jack just closed the door and went to get ready.
After about ten minutes Jack came out of his apartment, and Will was standing outside.
"Ready?"
Jack nodded. "I got some money so could buy some things for my apartment. Kill two birds with one stone."
"I'm cool with that." Will replied.
Jack and Will walked over to the elevator doors, Will press the button and the men waited.
"So, what do work as?" Jack questioned.
"You mean what I do for a living?" Will asked. Jack nodded, the doors to the elevator opened and the two walked in.
"I work as a police officer." Will said, pressing the button to the lobby.
"Really!?"
"Yeah. Why you so shocked?"
"i work as one too."
Will looked at Jack with a surprised look. "Wow, what day do you start?"
"Today is Saturday, I start Tuesday." Jack said.
"Cool, I could always give you a ride." Will suggested.
"That would be great."
The elevator doors opened and both men walked out. "Hello, Ms. June, look very lovely." Will said walking past her sitting at the front desk.
"Hello, Will. Hello, Sean." She replied.
Jack wanted to correct her but didn't feel like it. Will and Jack walked in the parking lot, Will unlocked the door.
"So where are we going first, Jack?"
"Let's get some food, I'm hungry."

"Okay, last bag." Will put the last bags down with a huff, while Jack unpacked them.
"Going from the car all the way up to here is a real work out." Will said out of breath. "Make you so thirsty."
Jack grabbed a pack full of red plastic cups, open it, grabbed a cup, and give it to Will. Will gladly expect it and went to the sink to get some water. Jack took all the stuff from the bags and placed on the counter, throwing the bags on the floor. After Will drank the whole cup full of water he glanced over to Jack.
"Want some help with putting the stuff away?" Will asked.
"No, I'm good." Jack replied.
"You sure, I don't mind."
"No. After you driving me around, showing me around, and helping pay for most my stuff. You have helped enough." Jack finished.
"Well, I'm going to back to my apartment, see you later." Will walked over to the door and opened it.
"Bye Will." Jack said.
Will didn't say anything and slated to Jack then he left the apartment.
