Chapter 18: New Rival?

" Have I told Chat That I'm Ladybug?" Marinette said thinking.

"I want to tell him but he usually runs off" Marinette said.

"Have you thought about Adrien?" Tikki said.

"O crap your right" Marinette replied.

"Aaaah IM GONNA REVEAL TO HIM THAT IM LADYBUG" Marinette said while she hurried up for school.

After some boring information about Molecules and Atoms bla blah.

"Adrien! Meet Me after School In My house! I'll text you the adress. We need to discuss...stuff" Marinette said.

"Okay Marinette!" Adrien replied

"Wow you were so confident talking to him Marinette!" Tikki said.

"Thanks! I never knew Adrien had a cute quirky side though" Marinette said honestly.

"Hey Adrien~" Cooed Lila

'Oh no..' Adrien thought to himself.

"Yes Lila?"Adrien said nervously. He had to get away from her or he'll be late to meet up with Marinette.

Lila cornered Adrien and pinned him to the wall. Lila got closer to Adrien centimeters away from a kiss.

"Don't get near Marinette She's mine" Lila said

"I'll be stopping by her house and we are gonna have fun~Don't you dare think about being with her...nor as Chat Noir" Lila said with a glare.

Adrien was mad. Lila likes Marinette?

"Why don't you want me near Marinette?" Adrien questioned

"The answer is simple. I want her to love me as a friend and I want her to be by my side. She's the only person who has ever tried to reach me and her soft smile..."Lila said smiling and blushing a little.

"Well good luck. She already loves me Lila" Adrien said smirking.

"I know she does but does she love you enough to forgive you?" Lila said cornering him and smiling.

"You wouldn't..."Adrien said with a pissed face

"Let's see who Marinette would prefer" Lila said

He felt his phone buzz.

"Ah Sorry Adrien! Let's meet up some other day maybe this tuseday?I'm gonna be busy this afternoon so sorry! See you later!" Marinette said.

Adrien looked at the ground in disbelief.

"See adrien? The power of friendship! Marinette is way too kind to say no. It's fire against fire if you want to win" Lila said leaving with Marinette and they were both laughing.

He fell on the ground.

What will he do? Adrien cried not of sadness or anger but both.

He doesn't want Marinette to leave him and he definitely doesn't want anyone to take her away from him.

He got up and left. He called a taxi and paid him.He knocked at Marinette's door.

He's gonna fight for her.
