It was New District's weekly livestream. The five boys were sitting down at a table beside the pool, Jaden holding the phone as they read through the many comments being sent through. You were seated just out of shot a few metres away, from your spot in the pool chair you watched them laugh and talk, having fun chatting to their fans.

They had come so far in the past 6 months you had known them. You had met them through Dylan, an old friend of yours before you moved away to LA from Texas. You'd reconnected and, well, things got serious from there and you started dating in January this year.

"Hey,"' Your thoughts were interrupted by a familiar voice. Speaking of the devil, it was your one and only boyfriend. Looking up you saw him standing beside you, giving you a dimpled smile. "Want to go for a swim?"

You slipped your sunnies off your eyes. "Aren't you still broadcasting?" You questioned, your eyes darting over to where it appeared the boys were still filming.

"They're just finishing up now. They'll be fine without me for the end," Dylan answered the question. "Now," he offered out his hand to you, shooting you a smirk. "Join me for a swim."

With a sigh you put the book you were holding down, replacing it with Dylan's warm hand. He pulled you up out of your seat with ease, his arm instantly wrapping around your waist.

"Only for you babe," you said, leaning up and giving him a quick peck on the lips. "Honestly I don't really feel like getting in but-"

"I'm irresistible, right?" He finished your sentence, a cheeky grin spreading across his lips.

"Oh you wish Rey." Rolling your eyes you started making your way towards the pool steps. But you were stopped as a pair of strong arms lifted you up and easily draped you over their shoulder. Dylan.

"Dyla-" You began to protest, but I you never got to say anymore then that because you were engulfed in the lukewarm pool water seconds later.

While you laughed and play fought together, you were unaware of the fact that most of that had been caught on camera.

"Fuck."

You were drying your hair with a towel in front of the mirror while Dylan sat on the couch in the room over. Stopping your work for a second you called out to him. "What's wrong Dyl?"

"We were in the broadcast."

You froze. Lowering your hands from your head, you placed the towel on the vanity and walked quickly into the other room. Your relationship wasn't out to the fans, they didn't know that you existed or that Dylan had a girlfriend. Up until now, it seems.

"On the video, is there..." You trailed off as Dylan lifted up his iPhone, showing you a fan account's post. It was a low quality screenshot, but it was zoomed up on you and Dylan, and your unfinished question was answered as you saw it was an image of Dylan and you kissing.

"Oh."

Dylan took his phone back and his eyes met yours. "I'm sorry. I probably should've been more careful, or waited until they'd finished the broadcast."

Shaking your head you quickly went to reassure him. "No no, it's no one's fault really," You told him. "Anyways, it's not that bad is it?"

There was a moment of silence as Dylan was quiet as he thought over what you said. It was broken by him saying, "No, I guess not."

You jumped over the back of the couch, making yourself comfortable next to him. Grabbing his hands in an attempt to reassure him you went on.

"I don't mind the world knowing about us. It's okay, we'll cope. You know we always do. We're strong, right?"

You felt Dylan's gaze meet yours as he answered. "Yes. We are strong, but..." he paused, looking away for a second. "I don't know, it's scary. Is that stupid?"

"Of course not!" Your answer was quick. "I'm scared too babe. The fans will always support you and have your back but me... I'm not their idol, they will hate me more then you."

"I don't think anyone could hate you if they really knew you," Dylan muttered before planting a gentle kiss on your cheek. "You're right, we'll get through this."
